Good service. Took me in right at appointment time. Service took less than 15 mins to complete to repair a chip in my wife's windshield. Good social distancing protocols.
Terrible driver, wouldn’t allow merging on a very heavily trafficked road. Instead of allowing vehicles to drive in one of the two lanes, he drove down the center so no one could get by. And just so this company can’t say they sold their trucks and didn’t remove their logos, license plate was CM33326 truck #40. I thankfully took a picture. Arizona roads are already bad, your company shouldn’t be adding to it by some ignorant driver worried about a person getting further ahead than him. Embarrassing!

Pember low-voltage had the pleasure of working for Arizona glass specialist installing voice and data lines. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Working around employees is not always the easiest but Arizona glass specialist conduct themselves very professional it made my job a lot easier being able to be comfortable while working around a very busy company.

This is a very responsive company that puts their customers first. It was very easy to get a fair quote and schedule an order. The glass installers were pleasant, respectful and did a nice job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Had my windshield replaced last Friday 3/20/15. They came to my work which was very convenient. Over the weekend I notice the weather stripping was not staying down and there was a wind howl when driving. I called Monday 3/23/15 and they had the glass tech call me within a couple hours to tell me he will arrive soon to fix it. Things happen but its how you handle it that counts. This company has great customer service. Thank you again!
