I requested service on a Sunday afternoon and a very friendly Jared answered my call and immediately contacted his plumber to see if he had availability. When he was uncertain they would be able to get out Sunday evening, he placed us on the books for the following day. While we were waiting, we actually thought we fixed the problem and I contacted the plumbers to cancel the next day service. It was fairly late at night and Jared still answered the phone call (I was not sent to voicemail) and was completely understanding regarding the cancellation. I must say, I was not expecting an actual human being to answer the phone call...
Fast forward a few days - our hot water heater completely went out.
I contacted this company again and this time Ruben answered my call and was equally as kind as Jared! He was able to send Devon out the same day to assist with the heater. It was still under warranty and he sat with me while we contacted Rheem who needed to hear it from him that the heating element had failed. Devon could have easily left and gone on to another job, especially with me being on-hold but instead he went above and beyond to make sure, we were taken care of. We even chatted about some future plumbing in which I most definitely will be contacting this company. If you are looking for honest, friendly, cost friendly, and above & beyond service please consider Good Times Plumbing. We are very pleased with them. A++. Thank you all who were involved with helping us.
Good times plumbing did an awesome job in fixing the leak and installing the bidet without any issues. Thanks Hunter for coordinating and Devon was on time fixed it in the most precise way possible!

Good Times Plumbing has excellent customer service. It was so easy to make an appointment. They keep you well informed when their employee is arriving. Devin continued that service as he assessed the situation with our 2 leaks coming through the ceiling. He was able to show us the damage from photos and give a full explanation of the repair/ estimate. He was so helpful and even took a look at a problem faucet that we didn't request when making the appointment. Very satisfied with the service received.

Great company! Good Times Plumbing was able to replace our shower cartridge in one day. Devin was wonderful - he explained everything clearly and made the repair quickly and effectively. The invoice/payment process was quick and painless too. Thank you Good Times Plumbing!

I can’t say enough of my great experience with Goodtimes Restoration. If they had an option for 10 stars, they would get it from me. Very respectful, informative, hard working, professional & exceeded all my expectations. I can’t believe a company of this stature even exists anymore in this world we live in.
