Amazing customer service. The professionalism every staff member I spoke with was incredible. Extremely helpful and had a tech to my location to diagnose my fire alarm because our prior monitoring company has failed to dispatch anyone or answer calls, the only communication I have with my prior company is invoices and even if I respond to them through those they still won’t return my emails or phone calls. I am so thankful for CFP jumping and fixing the issue in a timely manner.
I highly recommend them for everything you need.

Their drivers are HORRIBLE tailgating and cant stay in their lane. Since when is 90mph the new 45? Ridiculous probably shouldn't drive like that with ur company name literally plastered all over looks like this isn't the first time either, very unprofessional.You know it's bad when people take time out of their day to go and write a review discipline ur drivers.
