Pedro, really stood out to us because he was really friendly, easy to talk to and definitely knew his stuff. Our family really appreciate people like that. We had great service when Emergency air put in our air conditioner! Now we find out they also have plumbing. Raul & Chris came and installed a new water system and RO system in our home. They were so informative and patient with all of our questions. They were also very professional, compassionate and kind. They made my 91-year-old parents feel secure in their knowledge and work. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with our water system. We will be definitely be using them again in the future!?

Our A/C unit failed on Sunday night around 11pm and I immediately contacted Emergency Air. By 9am Monday morning they had our system back up and running. The techs were beyond informative and made sure I completely understood what the issue was. They provided pictures and a detailed report on the entire system. I am completely satisfied on how they treated us and highly recommend Emergency Air

Gerald did an amazing job listening to our issues with our Nest thermostat shutting off and instead of just thinking it was the thermostat, he did his due diligence and double checked our unit. I had shared that I didn’t want a smart device for my thermostat and he was able to install the non-smart yet durable device. The white glove approach that Gerald provides is one of the many reasons I choose Emergency Air for my HVAC needs. Their office staff is also very pleasant to speak with! Highly satisfied customer!

Isaac arrived on time to do a thorough checkup. He was super friendly, polite and professional. He have it his all and did a thorough checkup. He provided me the information in great detail.
Fernando and Isaac arrived next day and did more thorough testing to find all outstanding issues. They spent considerable amount of time to go over the issues in detail and explain the inner workings of the various parts and the system in general.
I was more than completely satisfied by their diligence and commitment to provide great customer service. I highly recommend them and emergency air to future customers.

Air conditioner was running continuously but not cooling. Called service provider that we had a contract with but they couldn't show up till 24 hours later. Not acceptable in the near record heat. Called Emergency Air and some with Evi. Very understanding and was told a technician would be out in about 2 hours. Technician was here within the time frame. Russ was knowledgeable, professional and quick to diagnose the problem and gave options with the repair. Russ fixed the problem and we were good to go. So pleased with Emergency Air we signed with their maintenance program. Would highly recommend them!

We contacted Emergency Air because our A/C went out, and they were here within an hour and had a repair complete within 3 hours of the initial call. AMAZING. I was so grateful and very impressed that they understood our needs (my 80 year old mother is bedridden and my husband has a terminal illness.) We learned that our 17 year old unit had finally had enough and it was time to replace. They had been so wonderful up to that point, I have 2 personal friends who use EA and they have (mostly) great reviews so there was no reason not to have them replace our unit.
So, we figured it out and scheduled for the following day.
This is where the nightmare begins.
The next day, everything seems to be going as planned, until the afternoon when I get a call from my husband, very stressed out that they had cut a hole in our roof. So, I immediately left work to come home and see what he was speaking about and found a hole cut in my roof a couple of feet away from where the unit was. (The new unit was to be placed exactly where the old unit was.)
On my way home from work I received a call stating that they made a mistake and they were going to have a roofer contact me to arrange an estimate and then repairs.
Today (6/19) marks 5 weeks later, still no repair. Repair is not even scheduled yet.
Also, I paid $745 for the initial repair to get the AC cooling the house down again, And I was told that amount would be deducted from the total that I was paying for the brand new unit and it was not. I still have not received that refund either.
Everyone I have dealt with so far has been very cordial and polite however, now they do not seem concerned or motivated to get the roof repair taken care of before monsoon season.
The tar they added around the hole is not sealed.
The new air conditioning unit and the new thermostat work wonderfully. That’s not the issue at all and I’m sad that I have to leave a negative review, but I do not feel like they are concerned with this issue.
I am a full-time caregiver to two disabled adults and I work a full-time job. I do not have the time to sit on the phone tracking answers as to why this happened initially and why it still has not been taken care of. The amount of additional stress, this is added onto our plate is overwhelming and unnecessary.
For the record, I met with the salesperson (Eric T) and the unit was NEVER going to be moved. The “roof cut in” that was discussed was to be exactly where the existing unit was. (Which I also prepaid for and had to have $500 refunded, after the “mistake”).
The gaslighting, blaming a disabled terminally ill person in order to avoid accountability is special. I’m happy to report after 6 weeks (and tons of calls) we did finally receive our refund and had the repairs completed.

My last name Lasker at Emergency Air. Josh has always been very detailed after inspecting our air conditioner. We went with Josh's recommendation of two new motors and a great air filter which I highly recommend. The day before I had James out checking all the plumbing. Again, these guys are polite and efficient. James recommended a Flo tech to keep my pipes in great condition. This company is truly caring and does not recommend anything unnessacerry. Thank you!

This could be a one-word review “AMAZING!!” I was having trouble getting my regular HVAC guy out to address an issue with one of our units. My brother referred me to Emergency Air!! and wow, was I impressed. I called their number in about 6 PM last night. They answered (very politely), took my details down and said someone will get back to me. Within 20 minutes, a super polite and pleasant person called me back to schedule a technician. Much to my surprise, The customer service person said they could send out a technician directly. JP came within the hour and within five minutes diagnosed our issue. He had us back up and running within an hour, all for a very reasonable price! We also signed up for the annual service contract, which Is inexpensive and very comprehensive! Another surprise. Thank you, JP and Emergency Air!
