Unbelievably inefficient, redirecting traffic in a literal loop, dudes throwing the trash in their rigs onto the sidewalk pretty regularly, I’m not sure who is managing these guys but they could be replaced by a rat and the rat would piss less people off. If this is your low bid, I beg you do not choose Quail.

Loud, rude crews. Yelling all day, blocking roads and alleys and start much too early inside of neighborhoods. Their masonary crew blasts music all day yelling and swearing. Why can't they be more considerate?
