I had a sprinkler head in my bedroom that is part of a fire protection system that appeared to be leaking. I called Chris form Guardian Fire Protection to come out and fix it. He went directly to the sprinkler head and replaced it and charged us $330.00. Then he stated that he had to go up in the attic because he thought there may be a leak still. He came back down and told us that it was a busted pipe up in the ceiling that was leaking but he did not have the parts to replace it. He then proceeded to tell my husband that he could go to his home (Chris's) the next day to pick up the parts and that my husband could just fix it himself. Oh.... and that it would be an additional $150.00 for the new parts. So he left with his $330.00 and I was left with water leaking from my ceiling! When my husband called him back, he got very rude and nasty and said he would be back the next day to fix it. I text him back and told him I did not want him in my home again due to his rudeness and that I would be returning his sprinkler head when I get a reputable company here to replace it and fix the real problem. Now he is harassing us and telling us he will take us to small claims court! Please don't let this man into your home. He is a shark!!
