My experience with Jean-Luc from the very first phone call made a world of difference. He took the time to understand what I wanted and what I was looking for before ever meeting with me. He also ensured our meeting time was right for both my husband and me. This truly made a world of difference to ensure we were both on the same page for such a large commitment. I received quotes from other companies but my interaction with Jean-Luc is what helped me decide to use Dolphin Pools. Thank you for listening and I can't wait to use my dream backyard!

Hands down this is the BEST pool and landscaping experience ever. Jean-luc Bergevin was the most thorough, informative and easy going sales person I have dealt with in over 40 years. I 100% recommend Dolphin pools and Jean-luc for your pool needs. Jean-luc covers every aspect of the pool and landscaping, made suggestions and suffered through numerous change of mind we had. Friends, family and anyone interested will only hear Dolphin Pools as my referring builder.

After a long and thorough search for pool companies we decided to go with Dolphin Pools. We were fortunate to get Jean-Luc as our Sales Rep. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made suggestions and was able to work things out within our budget. The best thing is once the pool was completed we had a few minor touch ups and repairs that needed to be addressed. Jean-Luc was on it asap! He was there immediately and took care of all our issues. His professionalism and customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Dolphin Pools and especially request Jean-Luc as your Sales Rep!

Ryan at the Gilbert office was so great! He was able to come out to my house right away and talk through everything. He arrived perfectly on time. I felt like he really listened to what we wanted and was able to create a beautiful vision. We are new to pools, but he talked us through everything. He was able to send us renderings within a few hours after leaving our house. I had small updates, which we talked through and he was able to promptly update and send back over. Overall, Dolphin Pools and Ryan made this process extremely easy. The prices are extremely fair compared to all the pool companies in the valley. And they are able to start work very quick! We are excited to be able to have our dream backyard in under 60 days. Thanks Ryan and Dolphin Pools!
