I've heard people say before " I wish I could give greater than a 5 star review" ..well It is absolutely the feeling I have after the incredible experience My wife and I had with NuView Pools. NuView salesman Joe ( Merenda) was immediately likeable upon our first meeting, and he impressed us with his continued involvement, visits during the construction process of our pool. What was really impressive was the hustle and hard work displayed by the crew, even when the supervisor Austin was not on site, and even with the extreme heat that was present. With the Buildertrend app provided I never had to ask what would happen next. I have never provided such a wordy review before but In this case it was well deserved due to the exceptional service.

Update: April, 2024: We called up Shawn and nuView again to we do our front yard driveway and landscaping. Based on our previous experience, it was the obvious choice. Shawn and the team didn't let us down. The design was amazing and we're very happy with the quality of the workmanship. Thank you again, nuView!

Like many people who decided to update their backyard during the pandemic, we had our share of delays/issues but Shawn and the team were able to push the project through. A special shoutout to Austin, he was very responsive and great to work with. Having an actual project manager through the project made a huge difference. We highly recommend nuView.

We have a new build and had been looking for a pool builder/company that could work with us to transform a dirt backyard into the recreational space we wanted. After considering a few other “options” the clear choice was NuView Pools, hands down.
From the initial meeting with Joe M, to seeing the rendering of our thoughts and ideas the process was seamless. Joe M has a wealth of design knowledge, ideas and suggestion to help guide you.
The construction process was well planned, organized and supervised. Our construction supervisor (Austin) was awesome and would regularly check in on the build. Austin, Joe M and Cassy are always easy to contact for questions/concerns and updates if needed. That being said all your answers will be in the software they use to track/plan your build - it’s extremely nice.
If you are looking for a dependable, well organized, professional pool builder NuView should be your first choice. you will not be disappointed.

Wow, Shawn and the crew at nuView are great! The entire process, from design to build, exceeded our expectations. We hired nuView after meeting with several builders, because we liked that they could do both the pool and landscape projects for us simultaneously. Shawn was patient with us throughout the design phase and offered great suggestions. The building process went smoothly and the crew was top notch. Their attention to detail and product quality were excellent. We appreciated that nuView was upfront and honest with us on costs and timelines and that they communicated with us well throughout the process. We are more than happy with the final product. It truly is our dream yard!

From start to finish NuView was amazing to work with. We began by requesting a design to remodel our backyard and pool. Nohi Montgomery is a talented designer. He is comfortable and casual, but always so professional and this resulted in great rapport, and of course, a beautiful back yard! His computer rendering and the final result were incredibly close. We found the computer design rendering to be extremely helpful in making our decisions. Nohi was patient with us while we experimented with several options. Once the work began the crew came everyday without interruption and on time.They were professional, cheerful (even in the grueling AZ heat) and clearly prideful of their work.

From the moment we started this project with NuView, we knew it was going to be a great experience. Prior to talking with NuView, we had a few other pool companies come out to our house and give us quotes on building what we wanted, but they never even bothered to follow up to see if we were still interested, after they left.
My wife sent NuView an email on a Friday afternoon, to see if someone could come out to our house to give us a quote. Nohi, was quick to get a response back to us and was out to our house the next day to help us out. Not only did Nohi show up with an idea, it is what he brought with him, to make his job easier. He brought the elevation of our yard on paper, which included the square footage, plus he had google earthed our yard, so he already knew what the layout was, with existing landscaping already in place. We spent the next couple hours discussing what we wanted to have our back yard to look like, when it was all said and done. The one thing that we liked, it was not about what Nohi wanted us to have, he was more interested in what we wanted and how we were going to use our back yard when it was all said and done. After that session ended, he took some measurements and, talked about what would work, and gave us ideas of how it would look, when it was all said and done.
That following Wednesday, Nohi was back out to our house, with the design on paper. The design he drew up included a spool, a water feature, a 2 post pergola, plus some other additions that we added as well. I know some of you are thinking that I misspelled pool in the last sentence, but I didn't. We built a pool, that acts like a spa as well. What I mean by that, is we added 8 jets in the pool, so that we could relax as well as swim if we want to.
The next week, Nohi set up an appointment, for us to come into their office/design center, to pick out the colors of everything that we had wanted. That is when we first met Shawn, the owner of the company as well. You can't ask for a better team to run a company. Everybody is so professional and top notch. From there we set up a tentative date, as to when we were going to start the project.
I will tell you that when this project first started, I thought there was no way that everything would ever work the same again. What I mean is, that we already had a landscaped backyard, which included, drip systems, sprinkler systems, bushes, landscape lighting and trees. You just have to keep in mind, that if your yard is already landscaped, it's kind of hard to not cut through something. Well, I was proven wrong on that one. You will see from the pictures below, of what our yard looked like before and what it is today. It looks like Shawn's crews, just came in and dropped in our project, without touching anything around it.
Now on to the personnel that Shawn has hired to work with his company. These guys are professional and top notch. The three main guys, that I want to give kudos out to are Nohi, who did the design. DC, who stayed on top of the daily construction and Bernardo, who made sure the work was done right, he is such a perfectionist. The reason, I say Bernardo is a perfectionist is, when they put our wall back up, where they brought their vehicles through, he made one of his guys tear it back down and redo it, because he didn't like the grout line. Keep in mind that the wall was completely built back up, when he noticed it.
One thing that NuView does, when they are complete for the day, they send you notifications and photos on what was done that day, and what is coming up on the schedule. It took them 5 weeks exactly, from the day they started to complete our project.
WE have already talked to Shawn about future business, down the road, that we would like to do. You could not ask for a better run organization than NuView. Great job.
