Wanted to say a thank you to Premier Paradise Pools for installing an awesome pool which I couldn't be happier. Going on 3 years now their build quality is exceptional with even our pool vendor stating its a complex pool system with excellent workmanship. There was a repair made by the pool equipment manufacture which required reprogramming of the panel and Premier came out same day even though it had nothing to do with their installation and resolved the issue and wouldn't even accept a payment. They stand behind their work, very communicative even years later and as mentioned great quality workmanship. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for very high quality work with extreme attention to detail look no further. Josh, Amber, Pepe, Wendy, Martin, Jeromey, and the entire team were amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and treated us like family throughout the process. You won't be treated the way the big box pool companies treat their customers. We're so happy we went with Premier and would/have highly recommended them to friends and family.

In February of 2018, my wife and I decided to use Jeromey and his company based on video 3D model and his word which he shared would be exact to what we saw. We met multiple times before the project. After the project was completed, we’ve had nothing but problems every few months with the quality and rush job they did. We spend $30k+ on hardscapes and plants. On the blueprints, we were supposed to get a 10ft bbq area and we only have about 7ft. He offered to scrap the area and rebuild but it was already completed. Who wants to go through that after completion and weeks of construction. Everything he shared sounded like it would be of the utmost high quality, like metal trellis and a garden bed. He built our trellis and garden bed out of pallet wood which probably cost them nothing. The putting green was built with different (cheaper) turf than what we asked for at his showroom. Everything was just bait and a switch. If I had to guess, it cost me about 30k+ and his company maybe 10-12k. They put in a gas barbecue fire pit and said that everything would be done by the book including a permit. Well a few months later I find out there is no permit and it was not done by the book. This is crazy!! Unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone and will post this on all social media. Not once has he come in person besides the initial meetings. He leaves the dirty work to his managers Josh Ervin and Stephen Yoder. I’ve had to ask them to come out numerous times to fix or repair things that should’ve not had to been repaired if done correctly the first time. I’m once again trying to reach out to them for a dangerous hazard and now I don’t get a response at all.

3 years ago Premier Paradise finished my outdoor oasis which included, pool, oversized spa, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, fire feature and complete landscaping. Not only was the design spot on, install went extremely efficiently, but their after installation service has been outstanding. Whenever there has been any type of issue, Jeromey and his entire team have been extremely responsive. In a world of mediocrity, Premier Paradise has shown to be an outstanding representation of how a business should operate. Thank you Jeromey, Stephen, and Josh !!!

We were referred by a fellow ER physician to Jeromey Naugle premier paradise. I contacted him and he was great to get back to me. He came to our home and was punctual and very professional. He took measurements and spent a good amount of time hearing what we wanted for our backyard. We told him at that time we were having a hard time dealing with flakey pool companies and he said “I would never do that to you”. He said he only takes on so many projects a year to focus on customer satisfaction. We did mention during that visit that we may not start our pool project until late this year but still wanted the design and estimate to see if we would want to move forward. He told us it would be about a week to get a design. We hadn’t heard from him in over a month so I reached out via text and email. He eventually let me know how busy it had been and said he would get a design in to us. He then reached out about two weeks later and said he was having difficulty with our design as our backyard has a water basin with a walkout basement. He said he was still working on it but would get us a design and estimate. We waited another 4 weeks and hadn’t heard from him. I reached out and he never emailed back. From first point of contact until now it has been over 2 and a half months and we still don’t have a design or estimate. The pools he has done look great and we even went and saw a pool he had done by our neighborhood. We were really excited as his style matches ours. I don’t know if he is too busy or just didn’t want our project. Either way he should have let us know that either our project was too complicated for him or that he was simply not interested or too busy to take on. But instead we are here two and a half months later still wondering if he made a design at all. The communication has not been good. He may just have too many projects. I would be weary contacting him as it may take months to get a design started.

I couldn’t be happier with my backyard. Two years later it’s still in amazing shape. I chose Premier Paradise because of seeing other projects they have done as well as the vision of building a backyard that isn’t cookie cutter design like so many other builders do. I came in with a hand drawn design and Jeromey created a modern masterpiece. He was honest, great communication, respectful team, and done on time. I have recommended Premier Paradise to many people and will continue to do so!
