Karin T. was a pleasure to work with, she added value with design and orientation of the pool on our lot. We worked with her on the initial design, pool equipment selection and the contract. Her experience was notable and a strong contribution in selecting Presidential, along with the strength of a larger company. Even with some bumps along the way Norman was able to finish and deliver our pool. The transfer to their service division was rather simple with Matt’s experience. We like our pool and are happy we selected Presidential.

The team at Presidential Pools were great from initial design through all the phases of the install , they were on it! They have completely transformed my back yard. Monica and Norman were fantastic with their follow up and follow through. As they mentioned at the start as long as I kept him updated as to progress on a daily basis, they would be sure to put the next trade in queue to come over and work on the pool and that is why we were 33 days from ground breaking to water in the pool. All our friends in Pebble Creek were amazed on the speed in which they followed up on items Awesome job !

We recently had the pleasure of working with Presidential Pools, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. Steven, our sales representative, was incredible. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped us design the perfect pool for our family. His knowledge and patience made the process smooth and enjoyable. Norm, our project manager, was equally amazing. He ensured everything ran on schedule and kept us informed every step of the way. His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly made a difference in the final result. A special shoutout to Natalie in the office, who went above and beyond when we faced some scheduling issues. She was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was handled efficiently! The craftsmanship and quality of work exceeded our expectations, and the pool turned out absolutely stunning. Although we did have a few hiccups with the in pool cleaning system, it was promptly taken care of and now runs great. We highly recommend presidential to anyone looking to create their dream pool. Thank you, Steven, Norm, Natalie, and the entire team for making our vision a reality!

We highly recommend using Presidential pool builders to build your pool of your dreams! This company provides great customer service and ensures all your request are met. Our sales agent Steven Vollaro was honest, upfront and did not try to oversell. He listened to what we wanted and help design our pool. He was quick to respond to our needs. Our project manager Norman was very courteous and answered all our questions. He followed through on request promptly and stayed in contact through out the process. Thanks Norman for being quick and efficient. Field technician Tyler N provided great one on one customer service. He went over the operation of the Pool pump and equipment. He was courteous and very professional! Also office staff Anna, Jackie and Monica D provided great customer service and stayed in contact to let us know the next step with our pool project. Presidential pools guaranteed pool built in 60 days after pool dig. Our pool was built in 5 weeks! Thanks again to the whole team!!

I would like to thank Presidential Pools for the outstanding work they did on building our pool. Once the design and permits were all approved the process went by very fast. I would like to give a special thanks to Gary Brooks and his coordinator Monica Diaz for all their hard work. They both went above and beyond to make sure all our concerns were taken care of quickly! They truly are an asset to Presidential Pools. I highly recommend Presidential Pools if your looking for a #1 pool builder. I had other quotes and Presidential blew their quotes away! The Lord had favor on us in deciding on Presidential Pools! Thank you all so much for delivering exactly what we wanted!

It’s now been 3 months since my pool was completed. I wanted to wait to post a review because a lot of the service aspect of getting a pool built comes after the pool is complete. The verdict is in and to sum up the experience I’d say that if I ever moved and had a pool built again then I would 100% use Presidential Pools. Not just because their quality is high but mainly because of the great customer service you get with Presidential. From my sales guy Larry to my build manager Gary the whole experience was just what I could imagine. They literally take all the stress out of the build experience. Keep up the great work Presidential!

Bryan was our salesman and was super responsive! I called him when we started to put feelers out about building a pool. Most of the people that we spoke with told us that Presidential Pools was the way to go. Bryan walked us through, designed pool and was there every step of the way. The whole staff at main office was pleasant and very easy to get along with. Gary, Project Manager, was also the best ever. Walked us through, communicated every time something was going to happen. Stayed on top of our project the whole way through. We had some cracks in concrete, shout out to Spartan Concrete for doing the right thing and making it right. They took care of the cosmetic issue without a problem or a fight. Gary was patient as a saint with us, even though I would forget about what was next, he would calmly walk us through it all. We appreciate Presidential pools and are super happy with the outcome! A million thanks to all that helped, I will be a faithful customer and spreading the good word of Presidential Pools!

I could not be more excited to have worked with Presidential. Gary & Monica were absolutely amazing! They quoted and promised us middle of September which would have been roughly 4+ months from dig to completion, but it took them 8 weeks to date!! Bryan, our sales rep, answered all of our questions and took so much time out of his day to meet with us and make sure everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. I will call these 3 for every pool I will build in the future. Their subs were fast, productive, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves every day. As someone who works in construction, I was blown away. Kudos to this team. :) we also upgraded to the in-floor cleaning system which has made being pool owners a complete breeze. Bryan helped bring my exact design to life and we are obsessed with our backyard.
