Just had my cabinets installed by Ryan G and we were extremely pleased. I can’t recommend him enough for others. He came in and answered every question we had. He always had a smile, was very personable and friendly. He indulged me in handle placements as I asked him to hold in different placements while I decided. Of course the cabinets are stunning and we can’t wait for the rest of our kitchen to be completed. Thank you Ryan for being such a great partner in this remodel.

We worked with Andrew Alcantar on designing a new bathroom vanity and linen closet doors for our master bath. Started the process in late February 2024, and it was completed in May 2024. It was a lengthy wait, but we are pleased with the results. Some subcontractors were in the mix; Mar Lam Ind and Marcor Construction for demolition, measuring and placing a quartz countertop and backsplash, and installing faucets and plumbing. There was a small problem with the backsplash being too big for the wall underneath the mirror, but it was fixed on site and we are happy with it. I would say the only hiccups I encountered was a lack of communication between parties and with me. The demolition was done by the subcontractor and the furniture was delivered at the same time. The deliverer had to wait for the demolition to be completed before he could bring in the supplies. I even called ahead about it, and was told that it would be worked out. It DID work out, but there was some waiting around on the deliverer's part, which I'm sure did not help his timeline for deliveries. Secondly, I was given a timeframe for installation of the vanity, but did not get a heads up call when they were on their way. I was home, it wasn't an issue, but a call ahead would have been nice. I was also asked by the the installer of the faucets and plumbing to give him a heads up when the countertop delivery was set, because they sometimes "forgot" to let the plumber know so he could come out afterwards. I did do that, and everything went as planned. All in all, it was a good experience. Everyone was very professional and the work done was very good. I can recommend this company for those items listed above. Thank you!

I am currently in the process of having my granite countertops made. I would just like to say that everyone I have dealt with a Diamond Kitchen and Bath, have been wonderful! Kaitlyn my sales Rep, very knowledgeable and helpful, will return your call ASAP. Cornall and his crew, thumbs up for informing me on the next steps, after removing my old countertops and scheduling, of the final phase of this project. What a Great crew you have! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Robert Willison, who came out this morning to install extra support for my Granite countertops. Robert is a Top-Notch Employee! He explained everything he was going to do, the request was for support over the dishwasher, Robert went above the call of duty and supported two additional areas to be SAFE! Robert also told me, if they needed anything else done for support to just call him. Diamond Kitchen and Bath; you have exceptional employees! Robert is at the top of the list! Thank you, Catherine Glendale, Az

Love my new kitchen & laundry room but there were hiccups along the way. Started working with one designer and after many, many months of planning and tweaking the design I go in one day and she is gone. Travis took over. He had lots of good insight and tips. The order went well. Things progressed as scheduled. Delivery was great. Everything was unboxed so I could examine each piece before it was moved into the house. Installation went smoothly. Greg did a beautiful job. He even had to build one special cabinet on-site. The finally day of installation I was not able to be in attendance & that’s when Hiccup #1 happened. When I returned home, although the installation was “done” some trim pieces were missing. This is also when I realized the upper kitchen cabinets only had one shelf. I assumed there would be two as all my life my kitchens had two shelves! I called Travis to schedule someone to come finish the trim and to order additional shelves (this is October). Next a guy came to measure for countertops. He too was prompt, efficient and appeared to do a good job. Then was the counter install. Hiccup #2. This is a quartz countertop, one of their most expensive options. The install guys were nice and did a good job but the seam where the two pieces were joined was in a very noticeable place. It still makes me frown every time I see it. (I realize the installers did not choose where the seam was located. Someone at Marfam, the fabricators, made that poor decision. In the future I will know to question where the seam will be.) Also, they could have done a better job caulking. It’s now November & I’m waiting to hear from Travis about the cost of the extra shelves and when someone is going to come finish the trim. Call the office. He doesn’t know yet. December rolls around. I call again. He’s waiting to hear back from the cabinet builders & he’ll get the trim fix scheduled right away. Meanwhile I can’t put things away in the kitchen because I need the shelves. A week or so later the shelves are ordered at last. The shelves arrive end of January /beginning of February. Hiccup #3 Shelf clips are included with the shelves but they are a different type. They are thicker than the others so the shelves are now too wide to fit. I call Travis to get different clips & to ask if anyone is ever going to come to fix the trim. Hiccup #4. Apparently there was a mixup and it never got on anyone’s schedule. I will say, it now got quickly scheduled. Today Junior came to finish the trim. He was a dream. Did everything I asked, was cheerful and even creative when figuring out a fix for one of the cabinets. In conclusion, the cabinets are beautiful, the countertop is beautiful (if you look past the poorly located seam), everyone was nice and easy to work with. I’d only say that the following through on some things was slow. After spending $45,000 I expected better. Would I use Diamond Kitchen & Bath again? Yes, I would. I’d just be on top of their follow through more.

February 2024 Cabinet and countertop review, initial and 2 years later. I met with Travis at Diamond in December 2021 and selected kitchen/hall bath cabinets and countertops. Travis was really great and knowledgeable to work with, but sometimes hard to get in touch with. I was retiring, so the date selected for delivery was going to be the end of February. First issue - the cabinets were delivered too early, whether I was ready or not. My contractor was forced to make major adjustments to get the demo completed for the cabinets to have a place to go. The cabinets were installed correctly but with the only issue being the island was supposed to be on castors. The castors did not come and the installers knew nothing about them. The head installer was awesome and worked outside of the box and went to Lowes to get it fixed correctly. The countertops were then delivered and were beautiful but had multiple issues. When the installers came to install, I discussed the layout of the countertop between the kitchen sink wall and the bar area. I explained 3 times how the direction of the countertop needed to be installed with the flat side to the kitchen due to the backsplash tile and the rounded edge to the other side of the pass through. I went into the bedroom to get out of their way, heard them say they were in a hurry to get lunch. I came out after they were done and they cut the countertop to fit and installed it backwards against what I had explained three times. I called Diamond right away, was given the runaround and their solution was that I should have to pay an additional amount of money to have a new countertop created. I refused to pay more for their mistake as it was not my fault that their installers were more interested in lunch than doing the job correctly the first time. It took two weeks, but the manager of Diamond finally agreed to have the countertop redone at no cost to myself. The bathroom countertop required someone to come twice to caulk the countertop as the first installer left a huge gap between the wall and the countertop. The cabinets and countertops look really good but the longer I have had them, I have found quite a bit of dripped glue that if cleaned up at the time of install would have been cleaner. Fast forward to the middle of January 2024. I was cleaning the bathroom sink/countertop and found a crack in the bottom corner of the sink. I contacted Diamond and received no return call back. I called again and finally spoke with Diamond. They gave me the phone number of the company that the countertop/sink came from named Marlam Industries as it would be their issue. Marlam said there was only a 30 day warranty on the product and it must be my fault that I dropped something to crack it. Funny that a sink only that has makeup and teeth brushing done at it could have something drop hard enough to crack a sink. So, since they said it must be my fault, they are not responsible for standing behind their products. Diamond was great to work with initially but follow through and fixing issues is not their strong point. Their installers and businesses that they contract with for the products are an issue. Buyer beware.

I have now done over a dozen kitchens with Diamond. I love all facets of their operation from their delivery reps Anthony and Rudy to the Install team who is run by Jed and my design rep Travis. They are all professionals. I will only use the Bell location because everything runs smoothly.

****Update****Kenny, went above and beyond to correct the issue. The subcontractor Marlam who they used to install the stone in the bathroom still gets a zero. After it’s all said and done I wouldn’t hesitate to use Diamond Kitchen & Bath for cabinets and countertops but until they find a better sub I wouldn’t use them for bathrooms. We hired Diamond Kitchen and Bath and paid $120,000 to install countertops, cabinets and shower panels in our new build custom home. Cabinets and countertops are great. The shower panels over the bathtub/shower combo are too small. They should go past the the tub and meet the trim board along with being taller to meet the shower head. Their solution is to strip in a piece and caulk it at no charge, or to pay full price to redo it to workmanship standards. We are filling a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors as they refuse to redo the work correctly and to what we paid for. If they change their minds and do the right thing then we will update the review accordingly.
