911 Restoration did a great job. Aaron was at the house within 30 minutes of calling to give us an estimate on a leak from our toilet. They had two techs out the next day to start the mitigation and they did a great job. Chandler was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in our home while the work was being completed. The other tech did an amazing job too but I didn’t catch his name. I would highly recommend them.
I honestly meant to leave this review two years ago when the work was completed, but now knowing what I know now I am glad I didn’t. To start, the owner is fantastic, very attentive and any time I had an issue was quick to respond. We did have an issue with the project manager that dropped the ball on a number of issues and had horrible communication which ended up costing us another month of living in a construction zone. Thankfully he was taken off the job and the owner stepped in and had fantastic communication. The work for the most part was fantastic. The painters were wonderful. Our biggest issue, which is major, is the flooring. First of all, the baseboards were put down first then the floor was laid. Ideally floor should have been laid first, then baseboards and then probably quarter round. The original project manager convinced me not to do it this way, against my better judgment, but I thought, they know better than me, why wouldn’t I trust them. This left major gaps in between the baseboard and flooring where the foundation is showing and causing constant dust. I am Just now realizing there isn’t even caulking in a lot of the rooms. In every room the floors are popping up and the flooring looks wavy specifically in our office and the hallways and our primary bedroom. In our primary bedroom there is a random purple line which is not the fault of 911 restoration, it was a bad printing of the LVP, but despite having more planks, they used this one. On many occasions we have gotten comments about the poor job the flooring company did. Another issue is the transition from the hallway to the bathroom has come up. Overall I am incredibly disappointed in the job that was done and even embarrassed when people come over. This is only after 2 years. We most likely are going to have to spend thousands of dollars to fix the flooring. I only leave this review for others so they know to be more vocal when they are getting their floors done. And to voice their concerns when they may not agree.

I called USAA this last Monday after a tremendous thunderstorm hit our area on Saturday and caused significant water damage in our master bedroom thanks to a roof leak. Our claim was referred to 911 Restoration of Glendale.
On Tuesday morning Chandler showed up at our house and immediately started remediation. He and his partners worked effectively and efficiently (tidily too) to get things ready for the drywallers and painters to come in to finish up.
Barbara and I would recommend 911 Restoration, and especially Chandler, to anyone needing restoration services.

911 Restoration of Glendale and Tyler who they sent out was amazing. Tyler came on short notice to help us with water mitigation and was quick to communicate, coordinate, and show up within hours on a Saturday. He quickly assessed and got to work taking care of the problem. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, very professional. Because of him we will be sticking with 911 Restoration of Glendale for any future needs!

The monsoon storms are fantastic to experience but Chandler and Tyler were over-the-top fantastic as they quickly and efficiently helped us with excellent mitigation measures after the monsoon got the better of our roof and master bath.
