Thank you for such a great experience! We just completed our owner builder pool. The crew came out on July 3rd and acid wash was done on July 4th. Thank you for that as we made some incredible memories as a family that evening! What sets Superior apart from all the other quotes I received was their communication, reputation, and value. Jill always answered my questions, I never had to chase them down for information. After many questions and emails with Jill we settled on the Blue Granite with a bag of Abalone Shells. That was the perfect color with the perfect amount of shine added to it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Their crew was exceptional. Friendly, clean, and was a well oiled machine in getting the job done. If you are looking for a pool plastering company look no further. If you want to see what Blue Granite looks like in person have Jill send me an email and we can see when you can swing by to take a look. That was our biggest obstacle to choosing, actually seeing what the colors looked like in person, as photos don't tell the whole story.

Tim Gissel came to our house and was very helpful in choosing tile, finishes and features. He explained the process and made us feel comfortable with choosing this company. We got a detailed schedule for the remodel and work started on time. All of the crews were professional and completed each phase as planned. We are very pleased with the completed project.

We had our pool remodeled a year ago. I wanted to wait to leave a review because time tells how a pool will hold up. We had our old plaster removed and the new Superior Sheen installed that is as called blue splash, as well as new tile surround in a brighter blue and white caps. Our cool decking was also resurfaced. A year later, we had 2 cracked cap tiles and some grout that had fallen out at the deep in. I called and someone was out within 10 days to repair. Our pool was completed in the first week of May 2019. It took a total of about 2 weeks from start to finish for it to be done and filled. We had a few things that required repairs after the sheen was sprayed and finished, including a foot print in the sheen near our stairs. It was fixed, and now you can't see the shoe molding embedded but you can see it is a slightly different color. It is not too bothersome. The cool decking has stood up really well to lots of foot traffic. Anytime there was an issue, we were able to contact Andy and he was addressed it right away. I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff in the office as well and their communication. We feel like the price was really competitive and the workmanship very good. A year later, and the pool still sparkles and looks amazing! Pics are of the pool in use - our dogs LOVE to swim!
