VERY prompt in making it out to look at our panel for our business. Didn’t disclose a 2 hr minimum charge until after the job was completed, invoice was received/reviewed, and were questioned about the charge. Great service up to that point and would have given them 5 stars. Will not use them again in the future.
10/10 recommend Brian. Very knowledgeable, transparent, and affordable. Will be calling him back for future projects.

Customer service is bottom tier. I called to ask a couple questions on how they qualify their electricians and they told me they’re absolutely not interested in giving any answers. As an aspiring electrician and someone who needs residential work done, this was a huge red flag for me. Go somewhere else with decent people who have the self respect to answer questions about home issues and skill sets.

"Extremely helpful on the phone before I even made a service appointment. Showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem. Was very respectful of my property. This is the third time I’ve used Zappo and will definitely call them again.".

Brian was courteous, attentive and professional. He handled all my electrical needs and addressed my concerns with true attentiveness. He provided recommendations and suggestions. He also did a cleanup at the end of his job… If you’re looking for a non-nonsense, electrician, call Zappo Electric Electric.

highly qualified electricians in all "Phases of work".

Had a couple electrical projects that were a bit too much for my husband to attempt and had been putting it off for more than a year. I finally decided to just call a professional and get it done. I chose Zappo electric because of the good reviews and I've seen their vans around the neighborhood at times, so I figured they were pretty legit. I wasn't let down. Brian is great. On time, professional, and does quality work. I found him to be reasonably priced and his approach was that he cared for the work as if he were working on his own home.I definitely recommend Zappo Electric.

Will definitely be using Zappo again. I had a issue with a outlet, Gary was sent out to do the repair. He was extremely nice and helpful and honest. He fixed the issue in a timely manner, power was restored.Agian very nice and helpful. And their prices are very reasonable. Extremely satisfied with their business.
