First let me say that everyone we encountered at The Tile Shop (83rd Ave and Bell location) was friendly and helpful. We had a great experience shopping for tile with Mike K. Mike is a super nice guy and was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient as he guided us through the vast selection of tile they offer. We chose the Clay Taupe wall and floor tile for our multi-sided fireplace surround and couldn't be happier (see finished project below). We have found that The Tile Shop is a much better shopping experience compared to other tile and big box stores and their products are reasonably priced. We highly recommend The Tile Shop (and especially Mike K.)!
The Tile Shop is great! The service we received was awesome. We went in there not knowing what we wanted or needed and left fully satisfied. They were patient with us and gave us their options. If you are needing tile go see Jared or James. They will treat you as their number one priority.

Salesman Jason was really condescending and disrespectful. Couldn't really talk because he kept talking over me. Unfortunately I won't be sending any more of my clients to this location due to this mans lack of resolve. My client who also tried to talk to him had the same issue.

I Love The Tile shop..Their materials is of a good quality and prices are great..Jason and staff are so helpful..Being a remodeling contractor..I take all my clients there to buy tile..

Jason was incredibly patient with all our questions, thoughts, ideas, and design concerns.The Tile Shop had a wide variety of options, and Jason provided knowledgeably and helpful input.

Went to this place after not finding the subway tiles I wanted, they had a nice selection and cool ideas put together like mini show rooms. Would've given it 5 stars however they don't keep that much in stock so most likely you won't be able to buy what you are needing same day.

Great store with a wide selection of tile. Very helpful attendants quickly helped us pick out our tiles. Everyone was masked up.

Deffinatly the place to go to select tile. They have an extensive variety in all price ranges and will help you from selection to the sale. Was extremely pleased with the selection and pricing of our tile. They even recommended a couple of installers that do excellent work.

I was looking for ideas and the designers in there were great to work with at this store! They were very helpful with everything I needed for my back splash. Can't wait to do my Kitchen!
