I had sunscreens installed on all windows on my home in 8/2017. The paperwork and receipt from CC Sunscreens states that there is a 15 year warranty on all materials and labor. I have recently contacted them regarding 7 sunscreens on the South side of my house which are faded and need replacement. In the past 10 days I have left at least 4 polite voicemail messages on 2 different phone numbers for them. I am calling the correct numbers with verification of their voicemail greeting. I also sent an email through their website . All requesting a reply. I never received any reply and had to hire another company to replace my sunscreens. If they had contacted me and said that they could not honor the 15 year warranty I would have most likely paid them to replace the screens anyway. Complete lack of responsibility and lack of common courtesy. I will not use them again and recommend anyone I talk to regarding sunscreens installation not to use them. Stay away.
I have used CC sunscreens twice now. Quite and install was timely. I am very happy with the final product and install. Both Carl and CJ have been a real pleasure to deal with. I have had a great experience all the way around! This business is very customer driven and strives for perfection. Being a family-owned business, the personal touch was nice. And I am confident they will stand behind their work should there be any issues / concerns down the road. If you’re looking for a reputable satisfaction driven company, look no further. I’m glad I selected CC Sunscreens for my sunscreen needs! I rate them 5 stars all the way around.

This is the second time we’ve used cc screens. Very happy with the work they did. Very professional and competitive pricing. They offer a military discount. Great quality screens.

I can’t recommend them more for sunscreens. They’ve done great work at my last house and now, my new house. Honest work, reasonably priced and install time was quick. Thanks guys!

Worst experience of my life!! We have had our screens for just over a year, maybe 13 or 14 months. They have fallen off twice in this time frame, I'm guessing due to improper installation.....I mean, we didn't climb our 2nd floor windows and pull them off! THIS time 2 fell off, and it took almost 5 MONTHS and endless calls and text messages for them to finally come out and place them back on the windows! However, one of the screens is completely loose and looks horrible ?. Carl stated it was like that because it fell....which again is apparently our fault it fell off and not the fault of the company (CC SUNSCREENS) that made and installed the screens a SECOND time!! So now we will have to find another company to try and make us another screen to match the rest of the house or just leave it as is!! A NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY TO WORK WITH!! WOULD NEVER REFER, EVEN AN ENEMY TO THEM!!
