Pristine pool service. These gentlemen are kind and courteous and and they are absolutely good at what they do. After using their service, I had the water tested myself by a second party and was told that the pool is unswimmable and that it should be drained .none of this was mentioned to me from the pool service so it made me feel like they weren't doing their job after Maybe communication should have been better on both our ends and I should have tried to promote that communication by being more involved I would definitely recommend to others
My husband and I just purchased our new home with pool in December. We decided to hire a company to maintenance our pool for us since we both work crazy hours. I found this company online and went back and fourth with who to hire. I had received many high quotes from places and Carlos responded to my call and gave a great quote. A little less than the other companies but with the great reviews we decided to go with Pristine. From the start of our services until now we have been EXTREMELY happy with the services we received. Carlos responds well through text (which is easier for my husband and I). He always addresses concerns or if he is running behind. My husband had found some issues with our pool and Carlos is always responsive in checking the problem and informing us what needs done. I couldn’t be more happier with the service we receive from Pristine Pool Service (Carlos).

Incredible service. My previous pool company neglected to come out for several weeks. When I learned that my pool hadn't been serviced in 3 weeks, and they couldn't come out for several days, I called Pristine to see if I could get immediate and ongoing service. Carlos took pity on me and came out right away to balance my chemicals and make sure the pool was good. We have used him for a bit over a month now and I am happy I switched. He comes reliably and does a great job.
