This is just a bad reputation for a good company that has been in business for over 30 years. I'm sure the owner Dan has passed shortly or in bad health and left it up to people who are unreliable. I have been doing business with this company for 25 years as there wholesaler, and I'm still owed money and have customer orders from July. I understand the pain that they have done to their loyal customers. I wish it best that they pay all their customers back for their deposits and move on. Also if you need aluminum awnings or mobile home awnings contact Arizona Shade on Main Street and Greenfield in Mesa. Jason the grandson of Elennor has worked his whole life to make people happy and if you ordered a canvas stationary fromt Bill's Awnings contact me please I'm willing to take the balance owed to finish orders to make it right.

You know this is a shade terrible company because nearly all the 5 stars are people who don't even leave a review from this past year. In fact one person with the same name on two different accounts left a 5 star review with no comments! They probably force their employees to go on there to give them 5 stars so it semi balences out all the actual negative reviews detailing all their horrible experiences. It should tell you A LOT about this company and A LOT about Bill. Bill probably just made a bunch of fake accounts and posted 5 star reviews anyways. These guys are liars and not to he trusted. They never answer their phones and when they do they they don't give accurate information especially in regards to when the awnings will be completed. They'll just take your money and never do the project you paid them to do. It's amazing this guy has not been charged with fraud yet.

Beware of this company. You will be scammed. Very unprofessional. They will give you a quote, take your money, months go by with no work, never answer their phone or return phone calls and never do the job. It's been 4 months since they took my parent's money in the amount of $3085. They won't return their phone calls and were not in office when we tried to show up. They take advantage of elderly people and steal from them and don't do the work. My parents will now be evicted if they don't get their awning done. We have contacted another company but Bill's Awning will not get away with this. I am contacting an attorney, stopping payment with the bank, and reporting them for fraud, and also filing a report with the better businesses bureau. You've messed with the wrong people "Bill" and company.
