My wife and I went there with a set of house plans. We had set up an appointment online and were received right on time. Our showroom consultant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She walked us through each bathroom of our plan and once she got a taste of what we wanted and what our style was, she was able to give us great recommendations. We loved how many displays they had. Seeing the fixtures and handling them was very helpful. Once we were done, our consultant printed out the items we had picked and emailed us the spec sheets and quote (with pictures). I would highly recommend setting up an appointment to get some real professional help!
Beautiful showroom. We worked with Nilda and she is incredible. We are building a custom home and she listened to what we wanted and kept us within budget. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gave us many options to choose from. We would definitely recommend Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting and would advise anyone to work with Nilda for her expertise.

Everything we wanted was either discontinued or special order. Why would you have a showroom fill of discontinued items?

I am beyond frustrated with this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought a hood for above my cooktop and spent over 12k with this store and they charged me $1057.00 to install, which is an insane amount, but paid it. They came to do a walk-through (That I also paid for) and the guys didn't know what they were doing or what they were looking at, they left and said everything would be good for the install. A week passed and they came to install and couldn't do it because they also didn't know what they were doing (They told me they NEVER have installed this hood). The store refuses to give me my money back for this horrible non-install and I had to pay my contractor to do the job. I cant stress enough how terribly they handled this. Save your money and go somewhere else. I do wish I read these reviews before buying anything from them.

Shop elsewhere. Zero customer service. We have always used Ferguson for our kitchen and bath shopping but not anymore. Their customer service has continued on this downward spiral and has finally hit rock bottom. We were in the store for 20 minutes and not one employee greeted us or asked what we were shopping for. They were all huddled together exchanging stories. This is yet another store that will be out of business soon. Time to wake up, pull your snooty noses from the ceiling and actually do your job.

Had a good experience getting help with some sconces and a new chandelier for our dining room. Prices range drastically for certain brands.

I had an appointment with Nilda Maldonado "showroom consultant". She is snarky and very passive aggressive and imho, a lazy worker. She doesn't know square from rectangle. Told me the two shapes are the same and made no difference when I said I didn't want a rectangle prep sink when I already have a rectangular kitchen sink. When I asked to confirm sizes for 3 different sinks, she condensendingly replied she already told me multiple times. When I stopped to look at hardwares, she rolled her eyes. Finally, when I asked about free standing tub, she flipped through online pages very quickly without giving customer time to digest information. Nilda is a poor sales consultant or maybe she was hangry as my appointment was close to noon.
Update: Scott called me. He sounded apathetic (his response sounded like it was a required corporate action item), so I did not want to invest more time into his disinterest. Unengaged management breeds workplace apathy and is clearly reflected in Nilda's bold and poor customer service. No wonder this place only has a 2.8 rating. Read others poor experience. It shows a clear pattern to an apathetic store culture.

Came to store to purchase everything for remodeling master bath-probably worth $15.000-$20.000.Srvice inside was terrible. Worker at front desk didn't even wanted to leave desk to answer some really simple questions(prices, availability, delivery time etc.) -saying that we need to make appointment for next week for somebody to help us!
Why even having employees like this?Simple AI maschine can do it much better lol.
To the owner of store -just lost quite a bit money that we were planing spending here.

Not impressed with their customer service. We tried calling a few times to schedule an appointment, either we were transferred or hung up on. So we thought “hey let’s just stop in and see if someone can help us, I mean we are trying to outfit an entire house on our new build”. So we went in and explained to the receptionist sitting by the front that we tried; but couldn’t schedule. In a very snooty and condescending tone she just says “we don’t do and same day appointments”. We walked the entire showroom and did see a couple of customers being helped, but the other employees were all at their desks doing absolutely nothing (work related that is). Guess they don’t care about customer service. I do get that they don’t schedule same day appointments but I would’ve handled it differently… maybe inquiring as to what the customer is wanting (what if it’s just a quick answer?) or maybe they’ll find out that someone is trying to by all faucets, toilets, sinks, shower heads, bathtub and outdoor bbq before blowing them off with a snooty response

Horrible service. I went in mid day. There was only one other customer and me. One woman was helping the other person and 3 Customer service people were sitting at their desks doing NOTHING! I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I walked around for 30 minutes and not once was I offered assistance even when I went by 2 desks and stood there looking like I had a question. I found several items I wanted to purchase but will purchase them elsewhere. I guess purchasing items for my kitchen and bathrooms remodel wasn’t important to this store. Go somewhere else to spend your time and money.

I ordered a vanity and fixtures for my bathroom remodel. The vanity was not put through properly, it was the wrong vanity, and I tried to cancel with my sales rep the next morning but she was out for a week for training. I tried calling the store and they directed me to build.com. I had an online chat with build.com and my order was canceled. I received a follow-up email showing that my order was canceled and nothing would ship. Pieces and parts of my order started showing up at my home so I had another chat with build.com. The second customer service agent told me that my order was not canceled properly and again canceled my order. I received a second cancellation confirmation email and multiple UPS labels to return the items I had received - everything but the vanity and one fixture. I boxed everything up and took three boxes to UPS but only received a partial refund, because apparently the people on the receiving end can't count. The weight on the shipping label matches the weight on the package I sent, so there is no question that they received everything. My frustration is growing. The freight company then called to deliver the vanity and I refused delivery, which is what I was told to do by the second customer service representative. I have no idea where the vanity is or when it will make its way back to build.com, if ever, or even if they receive it if I will be given the credit I am due. Based on the first cancellation I received, I could have simply disputed the charge with my credit card company. I'm trying to do the right thing and make sure the products are returned properly and it has now been a month since my first cancellation and I still don't have the bulk of my refunds. It is very very frustrating when the onus is put on the client. If I wanted to order these items online, I would not have taken the time to go into the showroom and order them with a rep. If I buy something in a store I should be able to return it to the store, or at least get direct assistance from the representative with whom I ordered, someone at the store, or a manager. Especially when my order was wrong from the start. I tried emailing her and never heard back. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business ... The consumption of my time is absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say this was my one and only order with Ferguson or build.com.

I have spent about $40K here. There have been supply chain issues that aren't their fault, but aren't communicated. We've had to schedule multiple installs as pieces come in. Each time has been a nightmare. I'm currently on my 5th call to get my range hood properly installed. I've literally called and they've acknowledged notes in their system two weeks prior to schedule an install that just never gets completed and then push me out another week.

Please save yourself and shop somewhere else. They have beautiful appliances that are available at other stores. Our sales associate Lissa Steele was all happy and joyful when she made the sale. However when we needed to change the size of one item we called and emailed her and she never responded. Had to call customer service to have the item changed. Then the appliances arrived never received a call. By the luck we called to check on them and Courtney said they are in. She supposedly scheduled for install that we paid for and when the day of the install arrived and no-one showed up we called to find out Courtney never put the ticket in for the install to take place. Then when the installer came he found every excuse not to install the cooktop. Saying I need a junction box for the cooktop that I was just replacing. Called a professional electrician to install a junction box who told me that is not how the cooktop should be installed. I have since went back to get my money back for the install and still waiting not sure how long it takes for someone to process a return but this place is on it when they are processing BIG SALES! SAVE YOUR SELF SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Extremely rude staff!
My daughter and I went in here today looking for lighting for my home. I walked around for 45 minutes and not one person offered to help. When I finally asked one of the sales staff for help I was told that their lighting sales person was not there today.
Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. I guess I didn’t look wealthy enough to shop there. Well surprise...I am. But I will say this I won’t show there again. I had more help at lamps plus. My 4400 sf house looks great thank you LAMPS PLUS!
