I've used Arizona Water Extractors on multiple occasions for a multitude of applications. Each time the process has been smooth and professional. Working with Chandler and his team has been a pleasure. I'm eager to continue our partnership in the future.

A property that I manage had gotten flooded while being vacant after doing irrigation. We had got there a day too late. After finding out about Chandler, I gave him a call, he was there about an hour later. We thought we were going to need to remove all drywall from the ground to 2 feet high. After having him check all the moisture levels, he told me we could do everything with dehumidifies and fans. He was so trustworthy and honest. He could have done exactly what we thought we would have needed to do. But he saved us from ripping all that drywall out. He was kind and went above and beyond and was super responsive when I had questions the days following. I know who to call if I ever need anymore help with other properties in the future. Thanks so much Chandler, you’re a top notch guy and I will send business your way anytime I hear of anyone needing any help in this way. Thanks again!

I had a huge instant leak that created a water bubble on my ceiling and needed some help getting this repaired! Arizona water Extractors came out for a free inspection within an hr of the incident happening, which was around 11pm by the way, and they explained what needed to be done and I was sold. They actually found more water damage as they were breaking down the drywall as well. They told me they would work with me and my insurance company so the claim would be taken care of. Well they followed their word, repaired everything to make it look exactly the way it was and collaborated with my insurance. It was a stressful event but they made the situation much better. They're all very knowledge and helpful so you can be confident they will get the job done correctly. Would highly recommend them to do any sort or water removal followed by a repair.

Chandler and his crew were absolutely amazing. We had water damage after the bad storm that hit East Mesa and these guys got out here within a day. They cut out the drywall in our bay window, dried everything out and repaired the wall and baseboards. Our dining room looks brand new. The entire process was fantastic and the quality of their work was exceptional.
