We had a situation where we were hearing water leakage sounds in our bathroom. We called a plumber who recommended Dry Star to come in and detect any leaks. They were very methodical and tactical in cutting only the required amount of drywall in the right place to investigate. They had a team of professionals who very carefully did the job with no debris on the floor or on the walls. And when they found that there was no concern of any water leakage, they were nice enough to not charge us anything because it was a false alarm. I'd recommend them anytime. 5 stars all the way!

Dry Star did the restoration work for us when we had a water heater semi-disaster. They were fantastic to work with, from Cameron, Tyler, Chad and Will who helped coordinate and manage everything, to Rafael and his team who did the actual restoration, including Rafael Sr., Carlos and Edvin. The whole team was courteous and professional, and the work was completed promptly, at a very high level of quality and in the specified time frame and quoted estimate. They were easy to work with and made the process smooth and seamless. Hopefully, we'll never need to have restoration work done again, but if we do, Dry Star is going to be top of our list.

DryStar is an amazing company. Everyone I have dealt with have been great and kind. Tyler is amazing and very informative. With my kitchen demo, Alonso and Aaron were awesome and kind. They did their best to take care of my cabinets, while taking them out. I was also shocked on how quickly and clean they were. If you are having issues with water, please call DryStar. They are marvelous. Thank you for the amazing work and patience.

Dry Star is great! I was having some remodeling work done at my house when one of the contractors forgot to reconnect some plumbing pipe. When they turned on the water my upstairs bathroom was flooded. I contacted Dry Star and greeted by Robbie who sent out a tech to assess the job. They tech, Tyler, did a great job of conducting the assessment and giving recommendations on how to resolve the issue. Really great customer service all around.

I had a water leak and the plumbing company contacted Dry Star to inspect the water damage and give me an estimate on mitigation. Evan inspected the damage and gave me a quote. He was very professional and good to deal with. The service guys came out and, among other things, ran some ducts from fans into the ceiling of my garage to dry out the affected area. One duct repeatedly disconnected from the ceiling, as you can see in the picture. After the first time the duct disconnected, Dry Star came back to my house and reattached the duct. By that same night, the duct was disconnected again, so I grabbed a ladder and reattached it. The duct disconnected a third time, and I contacted Dry Star to understand the best course of action. I was advised that it was fine to shut that fan off since it wasn't working on the affected area. I figured there would be some consideration of these issues on the billing side of things, since for several days, I effectively rented and ran a fan that did almost nothing but use up my electricity. But I was billed for the full amount of the quote, without any adjustment for the issues with the duct. I spoke to management about the issues I had, and they said that, despite the issues with the duct, I owed the full amount. I was reminded that, because I didn't go through insurance, I was already paying less than I should pay. Was the work successful? The area is now dry, but Dry Star took no accountability for the issues with their work. I suppose if both ducts disconnected and the whole thing air dried, I would have been charged the same amount. While mitigation was successful in the area affected by the leak, I cannot recommend Dry Star's services.
