National Fire Control takes care of all of our fire extinguishers as well as all of our building fire inspections. They have been an outstanding resource and a great partner. Anytime we have any questions, they have bee right there to help us out. Collette has us schedule quickly and gets us on track with all of our compliance. We had been using National Fire Control for over 8 years for both fire alarm and security alarm monitoring. Recently, our security alarm stopped working and we placed a service call with National Fire to send out a technician. Technician finally came out after almost two weeks (not an issue as we know everyone is short staffed), however, he left the premises without notifying the manager of what he did. When I called the office, I was told that he came out to fix the communication issue for the fire alarm as the system hadn't been communicating since January 2022. I was shocked to find that out as that put our business at a high risk. How can a company not notify their customers that they are not getting signals for the fire alarm for 8 months! We are a GAS STATION! Then, I get a call from Collette at National Fire alarm stating that they are ONLY a fire alarm company and not a security alarm monitoring company. I have quarterly invoices showing that they were not only billing us for monitoring our fire alarm but also security alarm-neither of which was getting done. I also shared invoices with her showing that technicians from National Fire alarm had previously worked on our security system. Phillip, the general manager stated that he does not have anyone on staff who could work on the security alarm system-how would a customer know that? As a customer, I look at what is being advertised on the letterheads and what is being billed for. When I called them out for falsifying information to the customers and collecting on services not being performed, I am told by Phillip, the general manager, that he will look into the matter and call back by the end of the day. Then, within minutes of my emailing proof of billing for security alarm services, I get a call from Collette to find another monitoring company by the end of the month as they will no longer monitor my business. They will waive today's service fee so that the advance payments for the quarterly monitoring can be adjusted. Why...because I questioned them? It takes a lot for me to give a business a bad review. I don't like to give bad reviews because as a business owner, I know it is not easy BUT this type of negligence and falsification cannot be tollerated. This needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau so necessary action can be taken. EVERYONE BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

Great company, the only thing that would make them better is for them to move to Surprise AZ. Still worth the drive. I read the review regarding poor customer service, who ever wrote that review must have unrealistic expectations. This firm from the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner has been perfect. I have been the Property Manager here at A Secured for many years and absolutely am thrilled to have National Fire Control be in charge of making sure all our systems are properly running. National Fire Control has been here to save the day on many repairs and also just exceptional support through any of our needs in regards to the system that can save this property in such a tragic event of a fire. I have never had to wait long periods to have any inspection done and or any emergency responded to. The staff is very professional and courteous. I would recommend having National Fire Control handle your business. I also am pleased to say that they keep me on my toes by making sure all is scheduled in a timely manner keeping up with the City and what they require.

Amazing customer service! I had National Fire Control out to my business in January to service my fire suppression system. After service there was a still a problem and they were back out within an hour or two of my phone call to fix the problem! They definitely understand the needs of a business owner and I will definitely be using them again!
