I had a very good experience with Brown's Upholstery. They reupholstered the seating surfaces on my 21' Yamaha jet boat. I feel that the quality of the work they did matches the factory quality. They were pleasant, articulate, and thorough in all of our conversations. They completed the job in one week. I am not typically pleased with the "professional" services I purchase. Still waiting on a call...ater leaving multiple messages...hope it is because they are terrific? They were highly recommended by friends...will update if we hear back. UPDATE: I did hear back. They did not receive my messages and photos. They did return my call after a couple followup messages were left, and a friend highly recommended them...a little expensive for me, but might be worth a try if you are sure you want to pay for a redo rather than new.

A++++++!! I took my Constantini Pietro chair to Brown’s to be reupholstered. As soon as I walked through their door, I knew she was in good hands. When I picked her up, I was amazed on how professional and polished she looked. I highly recommend Brown’s for ALL your upholstery needs!

Buyer beware! If you want to get honest reputable upholstery work done, do not go to Browns! We had four cushions on a leatherette loveseat recovered. The workmanship was very below par. The edge seams were ragged and the cushions we're overstuffed. They were 3 weeks late from promise delivery. Never return my calls once from six phone calls to them then said we would have to pay for more material and labor to repair this inferior workmanship and then hung up at me when I got upset at hearing that. Zero integrity. Beware. We now must find a new upholsterer to repair the job they messed up on. I would give them zero Stars if available.
