They have our money, but the kitchen isn't done. I paid with a smile. And it was a lot! They told us up front it would be a long lead time, and it was. 16 weeks until install. But then the problems started. We signed the contract January 22nd, it's now August 24th and there's still work to be done. We've heard from them by email. They claim they're going to contact us to schedule the additional work, but no calls have come. We have missing cabinet doors. Cabinet doors that bump into each other. Cabinet door with big gaps between them. Holes cut wrong in cabinets. They mismeasured and had to change configuration on installation day. I used to have space on both sides of my fridge. Now it barely fits in the opening. I'll never be able to buy a larger fridge than the one I have now, because there's no space. There used to be, but not anymore. And there's molding that's mismatched, light against dark stained wood. Some of the slides don't slide smoothly. It's really abysmal, and they're not interested at all in fixing it.
Update: They called two days after I wrote the above review. They said there are 41 jobs ahead of ours and it will be about another five weeks. I guess they can handle about 8 jobs per week. Try to not be one of them. Install was April 25/27. Fixes now won't be until the end of September, FIVE MONTHS later.
Update: It is now October 6th and the kitchen work is still not finished. The end of September came and went and they still have not called to set a time to finish the work. Five weeks was an inaccurate estimate.
I have had the pleasure in meeting and working with a GEM at Diamond kitchen & bath! From day 1 I had my contractor speak with him going over measurements, details etc…. He was beyond very helpful very knowledgeable in knowing his product and meeting our price budget. Before meeting him I was dreading going through the cabinet phase of my project but Micah changed that the day we meet. Micah has a great personality his humor, understanding and communication skills are top notch. I hope his company really get this man what he deserves, you sir have been nothing but great and will return to you as my go to for any other project I have in the future. Thank you Micah!!!! From our buying experience with Micah on Grand Ave, the installation, the followup for extra features we added and had done with Junior, who's expertise, knowledge and workmanship was 2nd to None.........We can't thank Diamond Cabinets and their Team enough. Our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry just look great.

Just took delivery of the entertainment center components. It appears the complete system arrived. Just waiting now for the coordinated install (2) set ups. So far so good. Bill in sales and Rudy and Alex with delivery were very thoughtful and professional to work with. Thanks guys.

We recently purchased our new home and the builder wanted $12,000.00 for laundry room cabinets. My wife went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath at 4010 N. Grand Ave. in Phoenix AZ for a price quote. Micah G. was our service representative who help us make all our difficult cabinet design choices. Micah is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and he helped us save thousands of dollars! The cabinets Micah designed for us are beautiful and match the builders’ cabinets throughout our home.
My wife and I would like to say thank you to Micah for his assistance and being so patient answering all our questions.

Our kitchen experience with Diamond Kitchen and Bath continues to please us! The cabinets were installed by Ryan. He is a true professional. He showed up on time, went right to work, getting the basic installation done on day one. The following morning he tackled all the intricate details, making sure the job was done perfectly. By the end of day, our kitchen looked terrific! He took great care to tidy his work space, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We would gladly welcome him back in the future.

I would like to say how happy we are with the new kitchen that was completed by the Diamond team. Micah was great all the way through the project in keeping us aware of the status. He did a great job for us. Also, the installer Ryan was incredible and paid attention to all of the details that we needed to have completed to make our kitchen an outstanding product. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone wanting to update/upgrade their kitchen.

First, let me Congratulate you (Alex Jackson) and the Grand Ave Diamond Kitchen and Bath TEAM! I am truly impressed. We are truly impressed! You were able to fulfill the dreams of one of Laveen's favorite home chefs Levetta Daniels. I can't fully express in words the joy I saw on Levetta's face when she stood behind her brand new island for the 1st time. I can only tell you that the seamless process was worth the wait. The attention to detail, the patience, and professionalism of the measuring and installation teams - all evoke a sense of confidence and trust. I would especially like to send a HUGE shout-out to Cameron. Cameron is beyond good, beyond professional, he is truly what every company wants/needs representing them in the field. Watching him work it is obvious that he takes pride in ownership of his installation technique. Absolutely amazing to watch him work.

MIcah and his team did an excellent job of keeping us informed during the whole process. It went smoothly which is not the experience many of our friends had with other kitchen renovations. We had custom hardware and sink which were all accommodated. We highly recommend Micah and his team.
