We had a tub to shower install. The main installer kept us informed, asked questions to verify details were correct. It was done in 3 days. An extra day because of extra building to move our turn on valve from one end to the other. We requested this change to avoid falling over the toilet. They worked steady, hard and full days. He also offered help when my husband fell walking outside and needed to go to ER. We are so pleased and thrilled with our beautiful shower and the time it took. I highly recommend Pacific Bath. ?
The walk in Shower looks great. Beto and Adrian where the installers did a great job as well as keeping their area clean. Beto kept me informed about the job and when they would return to complete the job. Should I decide to have another job I would want Beto and Adrian to do the job. Great team.

I’m very happy with the results of the walk-in shower. I had a tub shower removed. It was only a couple of days work. Workers were very conscientious with the work and mess. Each day they cleaned up the area before leaving for the day. Although the cost was a bit more, I didn’t want a shower insert. It looks exactly what I ordered, everything is Kohler and has a lifetime warranty. The company followed up on my satisfaction. I would recommend this company.

The team was excellent and kept me in the loop as to their progress. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up before leaving. I am super pleased with my Kohler Shower, especially the shelf system.

The installation team worked diligently and professionaly. Minimal mess, cleaned up each day, used floor protection, and confined most dust to the bathroom. They kept me informed of progress, and answered all my questions.

The new walk-in shower is beautiful! The replacement of my old tub/shower combo was completed in two days. The workers were professional and competent. I couldn't be happier.

I admit that having strangers in my home to install a walk in shower makes me nervous because I'm handicapped. I can tell you I've never been more impressed with the 2 men. They were polite, stayed on-task, and did an outstanding job. They didn't stand around talking. They went above and beyond when they patched a hole in the wall next to the shower that happened when I pulled a 3-M sticky hook off the wall. I'm very happy with the quality of the shower. Thank you for everything.

The whole process from initial inquiry to install to finish was totally professional. Brittany, Seth, and Christian were absolutely amazing! I felt seen and heard. The shower is so beautiful! I appreciate the call back to see how everything worked out. 10 outta 10 recommend Pacific Bath!

Replaced a bath tub with a Kohler walk in shower. Beto and Adrian did an outstanding job! They were prompt, very pleasant and courteous, showed great attention to detail, and made sure the work site was clean and orderly at all times. They ensured my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Finished on time and the results are spectacular! In this day and age, it is no longer common to find hard working young people who actually care about their customers, but we struck gold with Beto and Adrian! They are excellent representatives of your company, and I will look to Pacific Bath for future efforts because of them! Thank you very much for a job well done!!!

From the day we met with the salesman to weeks after install, Pacific Bath was professional and kept in touch with us about everything. The two installers, Colby & Javier were knowledgeable. Professional & friendly. They had great work ethucs.
They told us when they would be here and both days, they were right on the dot! They did a superb job.
Great follow up contact, too.
We highly recommend Pacific Bath.

The installers were very efficient and friendly. The work was done very professionally.demolishing only the shower area and not disturbing any other part of the bathroom. Completely finished in 2 days. Complete clean up and removal.

Excellent workmanship. The demolition of the old shower was efficient and every effort was made to not soil the wall to wall carpeting. Once the shower was installed, the caulking was neat and thorough. Tim and Dominic ensured that the integrity of the plumbing so there would not be any leaks. All went well. We were so happy with the shower.

Everything went like clockwork from bid to sale to installation. Product is high quality and the installation was efficient, clean and professional. Alan and Antonio were awesome! Kept me appraised of every step of the installation. Cleaned up every day and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result!

Don and Darrell were awesome. Prompt, efficient, clean and attentive to detail. One issue with a handle that came off the next day- they were out immediately to correct it. Did find the floor was a little slick, but that is being corrected as well. They are very responsive to calls and have checked up on my satisfaction a couple of times after the install. Literally took 2 days to install just as they said and then one day to dry. I especially love the locker in the shower. Highly recommend this company for a tub to shower conversion.
