Cabinets by Design was exactly who they said they were, a full service design and installation custom company. When we first met Chris, we knew that we were in the right place. He met all our expectations from layout to completion. He was hands on with the installers and even made his own punch list before I had a chance. He coordinated all the trades. His installers were polite and professional. Real craftsmen. The same crew started and completed the install. I would highly recommend Cabinets by Design.
Such a great group of people to work with...all the way from the design team to the installers. Haley was amazing to work with and was so patient every step of the way. She gives great advice and really lends her expertise to the process. Thanks Haley!! I highly recommend Cabinets By Design.

I walked up wondering if this tiny storefront would yield anything useful. After visiting a half dozen cabinet stores I came here and I'm glad I did. They have a great selection at a wide range of price points. There was so many great choices it was easy to find what I really wanted that I hadn't seen at any other chain store. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience and can't recommend this local shop highly enough.

We are updating our house and Chris helped us to design a brand new kitchen! It was within our budget and the installation was done on the day it was scheduled! We have recommended Cabinets by Design to several friends! We couldn't be happier with the product and service

I did not feel like I was a priority since my kitchen was small. It was my fear about going to a cabinet store. After the kitchen was measured and a quote was submitted I was ready to pay after a small change. My kitchen had been stripped down when measured so they knew I needed to get work done asap. Communication was done by email. I responded quickly but cabinets by design were slow in responding. I felt like they only wanted to work with the wealthy not a middle class person.

Done a few projects with Chris now. Grest communication and follow through. No reason to look elsewhere!

I recently had my cabinets and countertops done. I'm pretty disappointed in the process and more so in the lack of response from the company since I expressed my disappointment. They have not responded to address any of my concerns. There were delays, the sink was installed the wrong side out, and the cabinets had some minor chips. Along with some other installation issues. I really felt like I was not a priority since my kitchen was a small renovation. The cabinets are pretty and so is the countertop but I think I paid too much to have it professionally done and didn't get a professional experience.
