I had San-Co Concrete extend my front driveway to add a third parking space directly in front of my rv gate. Ivan from San-Co came out and gave me an estimate. Ivan was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail.
The concrete work was completed on 8-5-20, and my new driveway came out nice. Even though my concrete work is fairly new, I observed three cracks in it.
But other then the cracks, the finish is smooth and has a nice color to it, and looks good.
Ivan’s staff is very nice and they were very helpful. The staff helped me with my HOA because they were being very difficult and needed exact drawings with measurements.
San-Co staff was very professional.
The only con that I have, is I was charged to remove the irrigation box that was not moved after all. I didn’t notice till after I paid that it was not moved, and the company didn’t notice it as well and still charged me. But that was partially my fault for not noticing.
Overall it was a good experience with the company and I’m happy with the concrete work.
Today was the second time I've either come home or came out of my house to leave and this company was doing construction literally in my driveway, I'm not exaggerating, IN my driveway, without giving us any notification that they were planning to do that whatsoever. The first time I was coming home with both my kids in my car and groceries and there were several big work trucks blocking my driveway and the entire front of my house. To their credit they do move aside to let me in/out but I still feel like they should give us some sort of warning ahead of time. I literally don't even know what they're working on because they've never spoken to us.

San-Co did a great job pouring the footing and slab for my 25x60 building project. Great communication, they were on time and performed quality work for me.

San-co was very flexible with scheduling. They moved our appointment up so it could be done before the rain hit the following week. We had a foundation poured for an addition to our house. They did a great job of cleaning up the site afterward.

Constantly forgot about appointments, did not respond to voicemails. I had to call them several times to get one job done.

We had about 1200 square feet of pavers installed as well as poored several areas of concrete. These guys did an AMAZING job. They showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done in a timely matter. I would recommend San-Co Concrete to my own family as well as anyone else who needs paver or concrete work done. Ivan was very professional and his team did a great job. THANK YOU San-Co!

San-Co Concrete is a great company to do business with, they are reasonably priced, do great quality work, & provide good customer service. Our company, Titan Restoration of AZ, has been doing business with San-Co for over year, on multiple projects & they always do a great job for us! We really appreciate their willingness to work on any size job, it can sometimes be difficult to find a company who will do a small repair but Ivan at San-Co is great & has help us finish a few projects-to the delight of our mutual customers. I would definitely recommend San-Co for all your concrete jobs!
