The driver of this crane truck is dangerous. He was pulling out of a strip mall on the east side of 43rd and North into the south bound lanes of 43rd avenue. I was in the left lane coming southbound when he was pulling out. I believed he was going to pull into the turn lane no such luck. We didn’t collide but he is blowing his horn at me. He rolled down his window yelling at me that it’s my fault and turned left on northern. He said I was supposed to let him in and that he didn’t see me. Not seeing me is not my fault. This clown of a driver believes people are supposed to yield to him even though he is coming out of a strip mall on the east side of 43rd avenue coming across to the west side of 43rd to turn right on northern. This is a deadly and dangerous driver. If he can’t see a GMC Terrain coming south. Be careful around this crane company

Needed them to set 13 package unit on a new built site. Operator was great, office was helpful when setting the appointment. Great experience. Thanks again

Unprofessional and highly disappointing. With no scheduling structure or systemization, it is near impossible to work with this company. I wish they would do better as I was looking to establish a longstanding working relationship.

I do security for a gated community and this driver would not accept that his GPS was wrong, that he was in the wrong place. I kept telling him that address wasn't in the community. He told me, "fine. I will just call them and let them know we can't do the job." Cussed me out, said he would report me, trespassed into the community, then flipped me off when he left 5 minutes later because he refused to believe me when I told him he was in the wrong place. Hired by Quality Homes FYI. Despicable, unprofessional, abusive, mysogonist behavior.

Rob came out on time and was great! Had a playground moved from the front of my yard to the rear. Very smooth and easy process. My only issue, however, is the woman I spoke with to set up the service (Pam) originally told me it would be "$150 with an hour of drive time". I thought that meant all inclusive. The hour of drive time was another $150 on top of the initial $150 - $300 TOTAL. Very deceiving on how she she worded everything. Overall, I'm happy with the service, but very disappointed on the communication from their office.
