I simply wanted to check on renting equipment from empire rentals thats all! Next thing I knew they charged my cc $1000. Now I'm jumping through hoops to get it removed. I would not rent from them if they were the last rental company on earth.
Can never ever ever get through and if I do, it’s gonna be on hold for a half an hour to 45 minutes? Exhausting haven’t use them yet can imagine how bad that would probably go.

The guys over there are extremely helpful. I have an oddball vehicle and they are always willing to do the research to get the part I need. Case in point: Anthony spent the whole day today looking for a part that I needed and even though he couldn't find one, he gave some really good recommendations.
