I only have wonderful things to share about my recent experience purchasing tile for my residential shower remodeling project! I'll be adding before and after photos once it is finished.
The experience of having an appointment was excellent. I did not feel pressured at all to purchase and it was great to work with someone who was completely knowledgable about the products on display.
I knew I wanted large scale tiles that looked like marble and Facing's newest line, which they had IN STOCK was absolutely stunning AND budget friendly. I have the skill of always picking out the most expensive thing so the price was a very pleasant surprise!
The tile has a matte finish, slight texture and patterns that don't repeat every other tile. You can barely figure out it isn't marble even with reading glasses and touching it.
The friendly warehouse team even helped load the order into our truck.
Also, Facings of America puts on an incredible event open to the public, every February, called Design For Dogz. Yes, you have to buy tickets, but so much $$ goes back to support the care of animals in shelters. Another reason I love shopping local.
I highly recommend working with them for both residential or commercial projects.
Today turned out to be a World Class Monday! Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, we discovered that a box of tiles we had hidden for 'just in case' moments had been thrown away. Frantically trying to recall the name of the tile as I couldn't find the receipt, all I could remember was that I had purchased it from Facings of America in Phoenix.
Armed only with my ignorance and a couple of pictures, I made a phone call in an attempt to locate this tile. After a few calls, I was fortunate to connect with Devin M, who was a genuinely nice guy, doing his best to assist me despite my phone having a meltdown. Hindsight being 20/20, I realized I didn't even have the correct name of the tile – I thought it was called 'Frost,' but it was actually called 'Sugar Gloss.'
Devin enlisted the help of his colleague, Paul, and together they managed to find the tile I was looking for. Paul promptly called me back, and his quick response led me to believe he was going to tell me that the tile couldn't be found. To my delight, Paul informed me that he had located the tile in stock in Phoenix and that I could pick it up in just one day. Although one day was just half a day too late for me, Paul's efforts felt like a miracle. I expressed my gratitude to both Paul and Devin for their exceptional assistance.
Shortly after, I received another call from Facings of America. I feared they had discovered they didn't have my tile, but the call was actually from Paul. He had sensed the desperation in my voice and went above and beyond to ensure the tile would be waiting for me on the will-call shelf at 7:00 AM the next morning, just two hours before I needed it. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for this timely solution.
I have always known Facings to be a wonderful place for unique and original tiles, but today I discovered it is also a place where human kindness thrives. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff involved. Despite the challenges of this Monday, this small victory has set the tone for the rest of my week. Thank you all so much. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate you.

As a designer, I have worked with many tile vendors in several states. Although I live in Georgia, my favorite showroom and tile expert to work with is Paul Kelley at Facings of America. Their selection of tiles and Paul’s expertise create a smooth and quick design of an entire home. When I’m working on a home in AZ, Facings is my go to tile showroom.

Facings of America is my go-to for all things tile! Everyone on the team is a pleasure to work with. Paul Kelley is absolutely amazing and brings next-level knowledge and customer service. He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, honest and goes above and beyond to make our projects stellar each and every time! If you are lucky, he will even freestyle rap for you!

Going to Facings of America is always a great experience! Paul is extremely helpful when I am there looking for materials for my clients. They have a conference room I've used for meetings as well. The materials they offer are exceptional and a great variety for many different styles. They have also delivered and picked up samples for me, especially have had help with the larger format tiles. You will be treated with kindness and greeted with a smile! Always a fun time shopping with Paul and Samantha. When I think of tile shopping they arey go to.

Facings of America is one of my favorite tile sources. Paul is the best rep, very knowledgeable and patient with our design firm's crazy requests. He is so very helpful, kind and fun! He truly makes my job easier. Facing provides some of the most unique materials and we would be lost without them!
