Very thorough and helpful to explain all the minute details and what to look for and how things should work in a home. As a first time homebuyer, Dylan went beyond my expectations of what I thought a home inspection would entail. Kind, professional, and patient to answering all my questions. The information received gave me confidence to make a life changing and a personal growth decision. We received a referral from our real estate agent to Dylan and he did a great job for us! We had our pre-drywall inspection and Dylan did his inspection about a week and a half beforehand. Not having built a home before, he was great at pointing out things that we could have a conversation with the builder about. He was thorough, timely, clear and his process was very seamless. The builder's representative even mentioned how good Dylan's report was and he caught a few things the builder hadn't already addressed. I highly recommend Dylan to inspect your home!!

I contacted Dylan shortly after purchasing a new build. I was told by the builders that they use a third party home inspector and I didn't need to worry about hiring one. This is my 3rd new build and first build in AZ! I have always used a home inspector for many many reasons! I highly recommend one whether you are doing a new build or buying one used.
From the moment I contacted Dylan the process has been flawless! He is very thorough and always on his A- game! I really enjoyed his report after the drywall inspection, I was actually blown away by everything he had found. Next inspection will be the closing one and I plan on hiring him for the 1 year inspection! Thank you Dylan!
