I saw the one star reviews and I got worried because I was taking my couch to be upholstered there. We went there and talked to the person who was there. He was extremely helpful and very polite. He was too busy for all our questions but we understood his situation and got out of him as much information as we needed and a quote to get the job done. Don’t set up high expectations for customer service and chit chats but rather concentrate on the important details like type and size of fabric etc. Those who got to get their furniture upholstered were happy and that’s what matters for anyone needing the job done.

Whomever answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. I called to ask if they can repair (replace) a zipper on a couch cushion. I was under the impression from their website that this is something they do. Rather than being nice and letting me know that they only do full reupholstery in a professional way, he was demeaning, condescending and very rude. Not sure how they have customers with that type of customer service.

Charles and his team are amazing! He was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, completed the job within the time frame promised, and delivered an exceptional product. Our request was fairly challenging and Charles offered an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!!!

Charles was absolutely wonderful and did a rush order on four chairs we needed done in a pinch. He kept us updated every step of the way and was upfront in letting us know that the leather fabric we were using was difficult to work with and may not turn out the way we wanted. However, they turned out stellar! It has been about three months now and they still look great! Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
