Gerardo (tech at AHW) came on time and did replace a water softener with an excellent skill. After soldering he had thoroughly inspected each soldering piece with a mirror. After completing his work, he had completely cleaned the surrounding. I was impressed. In addition, he said the water pressure is too high (90 PSI) and he had attempted to reduce the water pressure by adjusting a water pressure reducing valve (WPRV). Unfortunately, it didn’t cooperative. Therefore, he had replaced the WPRV and the water pressure is normal (60 PSI) now. Well, to make a long story short, he is the one of the most experienced techs I ever seen. I would definitely recommend AHW to the person who I know of.
My AC went out unexpectedly and I was able to get a same day appointment. I called several other A/C repair places and they all were a few days out and didn’t even try to accommodate my emergency for a same day appointment. Trey, the technician was very professional and quickly identified and fixed the issue.

I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing service. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. I appreciated being able to track their location online, so I knew exactly when to expect them. They replaced my broken water softener efficiently, and the price matched the quote perfectly, including tax and service fees. Highly recommended!

I stumbled upon this company while my neighbor I trust had them at her home. Vernon was amazing! He politely listened to my rant about what I thought the problem was. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he repaired.
I was so impressed with the level of service that I purchased a service agreement.
Vernon told me the office would call to follow up soon about scheduling the first maintenance appointment. Kim called within 30 minutes to set it up. Her demeanor was just as professional and kind.

Absolutely thrilled with the service from American Home Water and Air! They installed a new AC unit in just one day, and the entire experience was seamless. Had water softener and reverse osmosis installed. Process went smoothly. Everything was explained to me about how to operate and the great warranty they offer. The installation technician was very knowledgeable and he did a very professional job. Very pleased with my choice of American Home and Water. Feel I’ll get great customer service from a local company!

Omar, from AHW capped a faucet in my front yard. The spout was dripping approximately three gallons of water an hour. He showed up on time, was thoughtful and professional. His work was neat and he tidied up when he was done. Excellent work!! I will certainly use them again.

In these times, it's a struggle to find a company that cares about more than a money grab. American Home Water & Air is the exception. From the receptionist to the service person to the owner, this company gets a solid 5 stars. I love that you receive a text with a name and photo of the service tech before they arrive. Everyone I have encountered has always been so professional and polite. You get an honest assessment and options on replacement parts and level of urgency. Today I had Trey come for my bi-annual service of my AC unit. He spent significant time on his assessment and cleaning of the equipment. In the end there were some parts I should considering replacing, some sooner than others. There was no pushy sales approach and when I decided what I was going to do, he was able to spend the time to replace those parts during this same visit, show me pics of the old and new and even sent them to my email. I trust this company and give them an A+ rating. Thank you for being an honorable and trustworthy organization!!

Fidel and Damian were nice, polite, and most importantly know their plumbing stuff. Walked me through my plumbing concerns, discussed everything, and got them fixed. We did a filter change and upgraded to a 6 stage reverse osmosis water system. Then connected my ice line and added a glass washer where my soap dispenser was. Thank you guys!
