I will never take my boat anywhere else. Charlie and Blaine and the entire team at Octane are the best. We purchased our Cobalt a few years ago and prior to doing so I called around and asked for the best maintenance and repair facility in town and I repeatedly was given the same answer, Octane. Over the last three years we have put over 250hrs on the boat and had it religiously serviced by Octane. They do excellent work at very reasonable price and always have the boat ready on time, I do not know how you can ask for more. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you for you time and effort on our behalf.

Wow!! We are somewhat new to boating and anyone that’s entered this community realizes how daunting it can be, particularly when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Asking around it was very clear Octane marine was THE place for performance boats. While our moomba surf boat is rather modest to some of the boats in the shop, Charlie and his crew treated us like it was the most important boat on the floor (clearly it wasn’t). They were patient and considerate and helped educate us every step of the way. Communicating what was needed and helping us understand what could be deferred. Knowing boating is not the cheapest hobby we fully expected sticker shock to our maintenance invoice. But it was absolutely fairer than we could have imagined. Especially with novice boaters who could have been taken for a ride with our inexperience, Octane marine was straight up and communicative every step of the way. Side note; their shop is as precise and clean as the work they do. Thanks Octane!! PS great facility!! Sincerely, Boat Beginners

I was referred to Octane by the close buddy and said this was the place to take my boat to, well that wasn't the case they had my boat for over a month, I had to call and get updates on the status of my boat. So, they finally got to my boat and did the basic yearly service and a few other little things, but the main reason was the boat wasn't running well at all. I get a call from Octane telling me the boat is ready for pick-up, so I go pick it up and take it to the lake and it runs the same way it did when I dropped it off hard to start, stalling etc. I spoke to Charle, and he asked me to come in and talk with him about my boat, so I did, and he starts to tell me that I need all these new parts for the boat to run properly. I asked him why he didn't say something from the beginning and the answer was they didn't want to up sale me. The point of me taking my boat there was for them to fix the issues with the boat. Then I asked Charle to email me an estimate on what he felt my boat needed to run properly. The estimate was never sent to me. I'm sorry to say very bad experience.

We purchased a new 2022 SPX 210 Searay through Octane Marine. Our experience beginning with the very first phone call all the way through actually receiving our boat on Friday was 100%. Charlie and his team are very professional and treat their customers with undivided attention and respect. I would highly recommend Octane Marine. We will continue to receive all of our boat maintenance through them - absolutely no reason to look anywhere else. Thank you, Charlie & team.
