8/6/24 - Chuck, Chris W and Andrew did an excellent job! They were quick but careful with all of our belongings. We can't thank them and all my sons enough! Best movers in town! Alex and his crew were amazing! They were all punctual, efficient, respectful and very careful with all of our belongings. All my sons, rates/costs were extremely reasonable and they provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. We will definitely be using them for all our future moving needs.

My partner and I had a great experience with All My Sons and had to move our apartment and belongings from Phoenix to Prescott AZ. Christian Contreras and his team were amazing, had excellent communication with us and made a very stressful experience, due to other events, much more manageable. Him and his team delivered everything with care, were in contact as needed for the entire journey, delivered exceptional customer service and their experience and expertise showed for the entire process. I plan to recommend All My Sons specifically because of Christian and his team and would trust them to move my family’s home(who I’ll be recommending) for any move in the future.

I want to begin by saying that this is the first time I have written a negative review, but want to warn potential customers about my experience. I incurred $4,609.78 worth of damages! The movers broke 11 pieces of furniture, most of which were brand new. They dented my washing machine and failed to cover my white upholstered bed, resulting in it having black stains all over. The legs of multiple dressers, nightstands, chair, and tables were dented and scraped. They even punctured a hole in my mattress. The compensation offered was only $390, which is wholly inadequate considering the extent of the damage. When I contacted the company to address these issues, I found their representatives to be extremely rude and unhelpful. Additionally, I discovered another item that was damaged two days later, but when I attempted to file an additional item to the claim, they refused to cover it and suggested that I contact an attorney if I had any complaints. While I understand that some level of damage is inevitable during a move, the amount of damage caused by this company was excessive and unacceptable. I attached photos of some of the damage.

They quickly and carefully moved my items and we were all done in about 2 hours including the 20-minute travel time. Danny and crew were fast, friendly and great to work with. WORST MOVING COMPANY!. The manager - Robert was rude and unhelpful. Two of the movers were alright and the third was horrific. They wasted time so they could charge by the hour. They did well over 1,000$ in damage without so much as an apology. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.

My moving experience was good with these guys. Jesus Reyes Gonzalez was amazing. Both guys were polite and kind. They went above and beyond to get us moved efficiently, and took care of all of our belongings with extra care. Jesus was super sweet and very professional. These guys moved us down two stories and then up to the the third floor at our new place when it was 115° outside and they never complained. Very satisfied customer with the two guy moving team and also the fair price.

Harley, who answered my first call, made my choice easy right then and there. I had researched moving companies and called her first of three choices. Hands down, she was so personable, efficient, helpful and kind, I knew I didn’t even need to call the others. Then I spoke with Joe for the arrangements and estimated costs. He was outstanding in his field, too. Then came moving day and the team of three, Alan, Alfonzo and Angelo packed and moved an amazing load for me. I truly felt like family and I can’t thank All My Sons Moving & Storage enough.
