Fortunately I witnessed the incident that One Pretty Girl is talking about. The worker carelessly was moving couch, carrying at an angle that put one side of couch 8 feet at least into the air. Door entrance to storage is only 7 feet tall. Girl was not in any kind of way, infact worker before this worker carried a couch to same unit and had no issues. Worker was careless AND apparently can not take responsibility for his error and has Carl, the claims analyst..lol, backing worker up. I watched the whole thing and have it on video....Move for Less will not be allowed at my facility again because i will not tolerate carelessness from anyone that will put my customers or facility in danger and we will no longer be recommending them. I have passed this on to other facilities as well. A+ rating with Google is not the BBB, which I strongly recommended to Pretty Girl to reach out too. Shame on you Move for Less, you ripped this woman off and caused physical harm.

The worst company ever mover dropped coutch on me after trying to move it alone then the owner stated that I was lying and to go to the hospital then. $1700 for 6 hours and he spent 4 bullcraping around oh my stomach was cut from the couch hitting me I’m even seeing people had a quote they didn’t even give me a quote or invoice to even see the sneak charges they added like fuel he said that was extra long story short they lied and also John told me I was in the way and that why I got hurt even though I was sitting not in the way of the entrance to the storage. These people need to be a shame of there selves I also didn’t even get a quoted price this guys are so bad and unprofessional. Oh and not to mention all the time he spent hiding someone here to avoid working as if we’re not paying hourly literally it took them 6 hours to move and we still had to get another truck because of the guy whole completely robbed us and abused me during the process oh yea he yelled In my face when I accused him of taking smoke breaks but John told me to tell them to work and for him to play stupid about the whole thing Is so disrespectful and not a way u treat customers clearly he is related to him because he laughed after I thought I was reporting him to the company

They showed up quickly on a short notice and got the job done fast, on a Sunday. Pricing was cheaper than competitors but still expensive for 1 hour of labor, but that's expected. 3 guys helped me when I was only expecting 2. Chris, chris, and stone were their names if I remember correctly, all very friendly and helpful. Only thing that could have been better was the price! 5 stars for the short notice on a Sunday.

Do not hire these people to move your belongings. John Negrete overcharged for a move that should've taken no longer than an hour and a half. He told us he was giving us a discount by charging us $155.00/hr. instead of his usual $195.00/hr. We scheduled for the next day after sending him a deposit of $100.00 thru Cash App. We were scheduled from 12-2 pm. October 27th, 2023. He called and switched it to 2 pm - 4 pm. When the movers showed up at our apartment after 7 pm. Chris, the driver pulled out paperwork and said our total was $800 dollars. That was outrageous! We didn't pay it. So John told them to take our stuff to the yard until we pay that amount. John contacted my boyfriend every day since with a lower price. He finally paid him last night, and our things were dropped off. The thing is, NONE of my things were ever picked up to begin with! These guys took someone else's belongings from another storage unit and charged us for stealing that person's possessions and held it hostage for payment from us!! They never even did the job they were hired to do!!! My boyfriend had only a few bags and a rolling suitcase on wheels. The person they stole from had the same amount of items. I've contacted the police to file a report the same night this happened. The next day, I started paperwork with the Az Attorney General's Office, contacted the BBB, and called the National Consumer Complaint Data Base. The first two pics are my things. The third pic is what they stole from someone else's unit!!!

0 stars! Worst experience ever! Was charged 2 times what I was quoted. They damaged our home, door frames, walls.They quoted us $650 and after I signed the agreement they hold my belongings hostage and refused to unload unless we pay double what we were quoted $1180. Their customer service is the WORST! John/Johnny who pretends to be an honest Christian just too fool people should not have any customer interaction. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the damage they did to our walls I contacted them over email many times without getting a responseI, I filled a complaint with BBB. Don’t use them look somewhere else they’re SCAMMERS. Look at the better business bureau reviews.

I wanted to jot a note to recommend ARIZONA MOVE FOR LESS First they were very easy to work with. I really appreciated all their help. It was a Huge job and they got to work quickly and did an amazing job! I called different places and really couldn't find anyone that had better pricing than them. There were 4 guys and they did great job. I don't think you could go wrong using them. I know if I ever need to move again I would call them first!
