These guys are the absolute best in the business!! From the initial consultation to the final day of our cross country move, they were efficient, courteous and completely professional. They handled everything from packing and loading our entire house in Phoenix, to transporting and unloading in Florida with such care and professionalism. Hiring Creative Moving and Packing took all the stress and angst out of the process- hands down the best decision we could have made! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!

3 guys showed up to move me from a 3 Bedroom Apt to a1Bedroom Apt same complex! They were on time! They did an Outstanding Job! I had some stuff I wanted to be taken to storage and they Accomplished that Mission which was above and beyond! Unfortunately I don’t remember their names! I will use this company again and I will recommend them to family & friends!

Just used this companies services this past weekend and was throughly impressed with their services. Have had experiences with other companies and creative movers blew me away with how thorough they were with communication, wrapping furniture, creative thinking and mindfulness in packing their truck with your personal belongings.. full 9 yards these guys are awesome. Don’t hesitate do business with these guys! Very reasonable pricing as well

Fantastic!! From start to finish the customer service was incredible. The week before our move Nova called to confirm all the details. The day of, we received a call before they arrived and a text upon arrival. Cameron and the whole team were amazing, clean, fast, super efficient! Everything was handled carefully and all furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic. Definitely plan to use them again next time we move - and would recommend!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My husband and I have moved our family across the country twice now. The first time was a horrific experience using a full-service cross-country moving company and they bait and switched us, moved our belongings to a warehouse without telling us and then outsourced other companies to move our items (multiple times) without telling us. A lot of our stuff arrived damged, if at all. I had one of kind items that never arrived. The most frustrating experience. So needless to say to have to move across the country for a SECOND TIME was a bit nerve wrecking since we had PTSD from the previous move. WE COULDN'T BE MORE THRILLED ABOUT HIRING CREATIVE MOVING & PACKING!!! The communication was continuous from requesting an estimate to the day of unpacking. Follow-up from their office was amazing, and even the day of arrival the crew called when they were on their way. All of our items were handled with care and everyone was professional and friendly. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Creative Moving & Packing for all of your moving (and assembly) needs!
