We are extremely happy with the update of our pool. Nick and team did an awesome job with workmanship. Another plus was how well Nick communicated with us, no matter if there was a hiccup (which was very few) or if we became indecisive on something. He would talk with us, and show us the possibilities, and really didn't mind if we had last minute changes. Nick and team also stuck to the timeline and stayed within budget, which is VERY appreciative! We could not have asked for a better company to work with. We highly recommend Cenote Pools!
Best pool guys in Phoenix hands down! We had a complex remodel that other pool co's were afraid to touch, but Nick and his team did an incredible job, as the attached pics show. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. He explained everything in simple terms we could understand every step of the way. Highly recommended!!! ??

Nick with Cenote Pools was amazing. He turned what started out as stressful project into a very smooth one. He is very detailed and thorough in his work. He was patient with me when I had a hard time making decisions with my pool resurfacing. He was always prompt with communication which made him stand out in comparison to other companies I had reached out to for quotes and comparisons. His pricing was competitive and very fair. He even had the kool decking painters come back to do the touchups I had requested after everything was paid for and finished. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with every last detail. Nick takes pride in his work and I cannot thank him enough for the quality of his work! Thank you, Cenote Pools & Spas!

Cenote pools is a pleasure to work with, Nick made sure he communicated with us the steps that were going to happen. He was knowledge and patient with us and explained anything we did not understand. Project was completed on time and to the quote he presented. What a pleasurable experience.

My pool remodel could not have been better and my pool was ridiculously ugly (see below on right). Nick and his teams are reliable, hard-working and did an absolutely fantastic job. I was kept up to date daily, the job was completed on time and on budget. Sign that contract and have CeNote do your pool now and thank me later.

Our 20+ year old plaster pool had seen better days, and we couldn't be happier that we chose Cenote to do our remodel. Nick did a fantastic job with managing the whole project, and he was very responsive to all my questions. We were able to get everything we needed and a couple extras that we wanted and stay within budget. All of the work is good quality, and the tile setter was especially meticulous about getting everything just right. The pool looks fantastic, and we're thrilled that the whole job went so smoothly!

My pool had a leak and while it was being investigated/fixed Cenote Pools was able to come out and give me an estimate for some updating on our pool. Nick got out to my house and did a thorough review and gave me a clear estimate on the work. They started the work as soon as the fix was done. Nick was super responsive and professional. My pool looks beautiful.

We just got our pool and deck resurfaced and were extremely happy with Cenote Pools. Nick is very knowledgeable and very helpful in taking his time to explain all the various options and answer any questions in a down to earth manner. His workers were always on time and very professional and he monitored the work every step of the way. He really went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy with our pool. I highly recommend Cenote Pools...you won't be disappointed!
