We recently completed our first pool with Rondo. We met with 3 different companies and chose Rondo for the following reasons: 1) Nailed the design on the first draft. 2) Came ready to solve challenges (yard access issues, hard-dig, gas line far away, etc.). 3) Robust project plan. Contract signature to swim-day was 11 months. This was the timeline we expected as there is a lot of planning, decision making and permits to pull up front. The actual build process was 5 months and once they started, it didn’t stop. Exactly how you want the process to go. Rondo had experienced crews & collaborative project managers that were excellent at corresponding with us throughout the pool build. I would highly recommend Rondo for your build.

We had a superb experience with Rondo Pools building our first pool! Their sales and design person has worked in the pool business his entire career and is fantastic. The supervisor overseeing every step and subcontractor during the construction process could not have been better. All of the work was high quality and each subcontractor cleaned up the site every day when their work was complete. They also provided us Pool School education which we needed when the pool was complete. Rondo Pools has been in business a long time and we highly recommend them to anybody looking to build a new pool. They have integrity, are dedicated to high quality work and focused on customer satisfaction. Thank you, Rondo Pools!

We have had our Rondo Pool for just over three years. Looking back the design and installation went off without a hitch. During this time our pool has performed beautifully only requiring basic maintenance to keep it in top shape and looking great. We just had a small issue with one of our floor cleaning heads and even though it had just come off of warrantee Rondo took care of it. In my opinion Rondo is a great pool company that takes care of their customers and delivers a quality product that they stand behind! The Bristol Family, Queen Creek, AZ

Before building our first ever pool, we connected with several different companies. Rondo won out for a number of reasons - a long standing local company with a great reputation, they created a unique, amazing design -- one that fits our lifestyle and exactly what we wanted! -- they carry an extensive selection of materials and they use the equipment we wanted. We signed our contract the end of May, 2022 -- not good timing on our part, but we didn't want to wait any longer. Rondo was very upfront that they couldn't start until November. While the entire process took a year and a half (our pool was finished late August 2022), Rondo was in communication re: delays and they were transparent about where there were shortages in material and labor so we knew at all times where we stood. It was challenging given the delays and we missed the pool season last year, but the quality of work is incredible. We found Rondo's vendors to be of very high quality, they were professional and respectful of property while doing the work, and showed up to make changes/repairs when we needed them. Everyone from our designer to our project manager, from customer care to our start up technician, from the owner to post build/warranty support was amazing to work with! We LOVE our Rondo Pool -- THANK YOU!

We couldn't be happier with how our pool and travertine pavers turned out. Rep. Paul Hon designed the best fit for our small yard and it came out exactly how he designed it. Everyone (office personnel, trade partners etc.) that were involved with its completion from start to finish were all very professional and courteous. I am very happy that we used Rondo Pools.

We used Rondo Pool and we couldn’t be happier with our new pool.From the first meeting with Chris, the designer, until the completion, we knew we made the right decision.First he was honest when he told us the timeline, this eliminated unnecessary expectations. He was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and not feel pressured. He didn’t make us feel like our project was too small of a job for them.He listened and work around our budget and gave us what we asked for. We were treated well by their friendly and professional staff everytime we go to their office.Holly was very reponsive whenever we reached out to her. Being a first time owner we had a lot of questions. We didn’t feel left alone.I would highly recommend Rondo Pool if you’re considering to build a pool.

Our experience with Rondo was nothing but spectacular! From the beginning of the design process, to the finishing process. The communication was impeccable. Through all of the phases. Their staff kept us constantly updated on each step. We’re readily available to answer questions. Paul Hon designed the perfect shaped pool for our unique space. We can’t say enough about this company. Would refer them to friends and family. Would definitely recommend them and if we ever need another pool we will be calling on Rondo. They are that good.

Anyone who has tried to build anything here in the Valley over the last 24 months knows firsthand the challenges to be faced. From material delays, to manpower delays, nothing goes as planned. Here at Troon Country Club we began working with Rondo pools in the Fall of 2020 on the design process for our new pool. Our existing pool was 35 years old and we wanted to better use our space and provide more room for our Members to enjoy the wellness aspects of a lap pool. The Rondo team was great during the design process, quickly reacting to our many requests for changes and helped us land on a design that we were excited to build. Rondo also was by far the most competitive in their pricing. Fast forward to the Fall of 2021 and construction began, on-time and quickly. The demo, excavation, grading and re-grading were all completed on time and with a great attention to detail. I was impressed with the lengths that the Rondo team and their subcontractors went to insure that everything work according to our desired outcome. As we moved through the early construction phase, things went smoothly and we were optimistic that we would hit our deadline. Unfortunately, labor and material shortages caught up with us, and our project was delayed several months. While it might be easy for me to blame this on Rondo, what gives me pause is the outreach that our project manager, superintendent and the owner, Kevin Rondeau, followed to keep me updated on where things stood. While they didn't always had the answer I wanted to hear, they had an answer. The end result, Rondo built us an amazing pool that our Members and guests have been excited to use. The finished product was everything we hoped for and more, and the quality of the construction was worth the wait.
