Not only did he make the process easy (which up until that point had been miserable due to our insurance agency), he gave us strategies to ensure that our roof would be covered, our legal rights would be respected and streamlined the entire process. I have heard from many people that the roofing business can be sketchy - Brown Roofing is the opposite of that. Extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Brown Roofing to replace my shingle roof a few years ago. We had some rain a few days ago and I noticed some water damage on my ceiling. I called the office and explained what was going on- the owner came out the following morning- went on the roof and in the attic. Turns out I had a water line leak in the attic- they showed me the video. Honest- hard working- stand up group- highly recommend?

I contacted Brown Roofing for a quote (1 of 4) and Jesse came out and did a thorough inspection of the roof and provided a detailed proposal. Although the quote was higher than 2 of the other 3 quotes, I felt comfortable with Jesse, his knowledge and the roofing products they use. He pointed out things like having the DirecTV dish moved off the roof, that the other companies did not mention. The crew, led by Julio, showed up on time, respected the property, performed top quality workmanship and cleaned up at the end of each day. The owner, Craig Brown, was also involved in the project staging the trailer for debris and dropping off supplies. They went over and above to insure rotted lumber was replaced and painted the fascia boards. Excellent communication from Debbie, in the office, on scheduling the job and taking care of the contract. I was very Impressed and happy with the finished roof. I would highly recommend Brown Roofing for your roofing needs!

Brown Roofing did an outstanding job with our roof. We learned of them from another homeowner in our neighborhood who was very happy with their work. Brown Roofing was not the lowest of the three estimates, nor were the highest. But their representative impressed with his knowledge of roofing materials, both shingles and a number of vents we wanted installed. They arrived on start day early in the a.m. and went right to work. Took 2.5 days to finish a 1500 sq. ft. home. They were careful not to damage any of the plants next to the house. We are very happy with the result, and recommend them highly.

Called Brown Roofing when another roofing company indicating that the entire underlay of my tile roof needed replacement (second opinion). Jesse came out promptly, confirmed the need for replacement and provided a competitive quote. His review was noticeably more thorough than the other contractor and even though his quote was slightly higher, I decided to go with Brown. Very pleased with the result and the quality of workmanship. The crew arrived as scheduled and worked long days to complete the job in less than a week. They were very thorough in their clean-up each day and brought the new roof into compliance with current building code requirements. Would have no reservations recommending Brown Roofing to friends and colleagues!

Two or three years ago, I had Brown Roofing give me an estimate for a new roof. I had a couple of missing pieces of asphalt, but no interior leaks. Brown Roofing inspected the roof, said it was sound, and predicted the roof would last another year or two. Other roofing companies said I should replace the roof. After 2 or 3 years, I called Brown Roofing again and they recommended a new roof. Had another company give an estimate just to compare prices, but the estimates were similar. Contracted with Brown Roofing and have been pleased with their work. Both the owner and manager are friendly and easy to work with. The office person helped me select a preferred color of roofing material. The crews were friendly, efficient and cleaned up the site. Would highly recommend Brown Roofing.
