Castile Roofing did a great job fixing our issue in a timely manner, and didn't gouge us on the price (despite knowing we were pretty desperate for a quick solution). Alex gave me an estimate over the phone and stuck with it despite some small issues coming up during the job. I will definitely use them again!

What an impressive company and crew of workers. Saturday they came on time and started the tear down of the old roof. Then removed and replaced all the rotten wood. By 4:30 the same day I had a new roof. I'm sure that it is not normal to do a roof in one day like this but I was in a predicament and they stepped up sending lots of extra men out to make sure that I was take care of. If you want exceptional customer service then Castile Roofing is the company for you. Alex is so responsive, professional, and friendly. He and Alfonso promptly and honestly answered every question I had and were very thoughtful about doing it affordably. I have been searching far and wide for a company to repair termite damage on the trusses in my attic with no success. Castile Roofing was the first company to send someone out to assess and repair the damage. Chris was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond to inspect and repair other issues on my roof. They even sent me pictures of the repairs they made. So hard to find a good honest company that provides this kind of customer service.

We had a situation and needed to have someone to repair our roof right away. We called, explained our situation to Alex and he assured us he would send someone out the very next day. The next morning Chris called to let us know he was on his way and arrived to us by 8:00 am. Chris was awesome. He was very thorough and took the time to explain what needed to be done. I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels. Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details. I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind. I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work. I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help. They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

I have needed a roof on my shop for years, it filled up with water every time it rained. I didn't have the money to replace it but couldn't go any longer with it the way it was. I used Castile Roofing because they we the cheapest contractor I could find. Being they were cheaper than everyone else I expected a half way decent job but I never expected them to perform the way they did. Fantastic job guys! you were on schedule and it looks awesome!
