I had a few questions, so I emailed the Prescott location. Maya Vaca responded in detail and even gave me other tile options that I had not thought of. She responded to another email and offered to get me additional information. She treated me as if I was contractor that used Arizona Tile for 20+ homes per year.
This is a beautiful store! The tiles are so well displayed and the staff so helpful.

Their showroom will blow your mind! Plenty of staff to help you. I'm planning a bathroom remodel and found a phenomenal selection at AZ Tile.

I have always loved working with Arizona Tile here in Prescott, AZ. They are very helpful and know their business inside and out. My recent job was not a big one, but they helped me like I was spending thousands of dollars. Their sample system really helped me make the best decision before I ordered the product. They also recommended that I wait until the granite was installed to really see if my backsplash choices were going to work. I had been looking at many stores for the best selection, and again for my kitchen and bathroom found the right choices that were far more elegant and for almost the same price as the big box stores. Had I just looked there first I could have saved myself a lot of time. Best selection, best service, best prices.

Dave Ryan installed our new back splash. Looks beautiful and adds to the farmhouse style of our kitchen. Highly recommend Dave to install.

Great place! Large choices of tile and all other tile setting needs. Friendly sales associates, everyone was extremely helpful.
Their pricing was also very good. Less expensive than the big box stores. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I was visiting from out of town, and stopped in to the Prescott, Arizona store to view porcelain tile. Sandy Stretton immediately offered her help. I explained I were building a new home, located in another state. She listened to my preferences, and immediately showed possibilities consistent with those preferences. In other tile showrooms, I have had the experience (more than once), where the showroom staff showed me what they thought I should like. I brought my husband back in a week later to show him my two preferred choices installed. Again, Sandy spent lots of time with both of us. She is very knowledgeable and gave us great ideas to consider in making our final choice. When I write a review, even a positive review, they are usually brief. Sandy was so exceptional, I felt compelled to give more detail. Thank you Sandy!

Seems I am always wanting to remodel something, this time it was changing the tile on a hearth. I love Arizona Tile as they have so many large pieces of tile on display, actual sections of tiled floor throughout the store, with all the current colors/sizes/materials. I always take samples home before making a decision. April, Allen, and all their staff are super helpful. My order of Friday was in on Tuesday.
