I had a great experience with Jetta Bath and Kitchen. I feel very bad for not remembering his name but the young salesman who has a mullet and mustache made this entire process feel very refreshing and comfortable. My wife and I were having trouble deciding on what we wanted to do with our bathroom remodel. The gentleman with the mullet was able to help us decide on what we wanted! From the bathtub to all the actual fixtures. He had sat there almost three hours with us. The entire time he always had a positive attitude and that’s something you rarely get. The other remodeling stores salesman we visited prior were quite rude and hostile because we were very indecisive on what we wanted but Jetta was the very first one with a welcoming atmosphere. They asked if we needed any water, always had smiles on their faces, and were very adamant that we felt “welcomed” rather than we were just dollar signs. We just finished our remodel and are very satisfied with how it came out. I will be recommending anyone who is looking to remodel their bathroom to Jetta Bath and Kitchen from now on.

Excellent choice of product, very professional and knowledgeable staff. Not over priced. Those are my 3 criteria I require in considering major purchases, Jetta Bath and Kitchen exceeded all 3.

Phenomenal service! i forgot their names unfortunately but all three salesman shot out of their desks to help me get exactly what I needed. Very knowledgeable and whatever questions I had they answered in terms I can understand. It’s one stop one shop feeling from tubs to toilets to fixtures. I will definitely be going back for their services.

I bought a tub from here in 2020 and had phenomenal customer service. Which is so appreciated when you are undergoing a remodel. So when I came back I was disturbed by the treatment I received. I was moving and remodeling another home. I needed the exact same tub and parts. In person Logan, the new manager was so friendly and assuring offering to help me find everything I needed. I won't go into all the details. But it was like working with a teenager that was annoyed by any effort. The kohler rep should know he tried to get me to not go with the kohler fixtures I wanted. He blamed me for why he didn't have time to look up what parts I needed after 3 days of calling and trying to reach him. When my tub didn't arrive today, he told me that was my fault because they called me and since I didn't answer they couldn't deliver. Since I'm in a remodel there is someone constantly there and I'm constantly answering my phone so I checked and said I didn't have a call or voice message. He then told me he would check his call records. He told me since his phone has been working all day it wasn't on their end. He also told me if it was that urgent that I should have called in that morning to check. I was flabbergasted. His solution was to offer a refund of delivery and the tub. The tub I needed in a day for the plumber's visit. When I asked for the owner's name and number he told me that's not going to happen.

Update….. so I go back again today. It seems like I’m there at least once a week. Trying to figure out how things work. And today I’m just mentioning two more people that work there who I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Thank you Logan and thank you Lisa. Hello Horton,hello Jeff, ———————— Jetta Horton, was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable. He even went beyond to help me understand my dilemma, and what needed to be done. He also stayed until he figured out the parts that we needed and to make sure that they were in stock. He stayed after business hours to make sure that he had everything figured out for us. Jeff also chimed in to help with the solution. Knowing that Horton has been in business for 25 years + and Jeff for over 20. They will be my go to people for all future sink and bathroom solutions. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

The customer service at Jetta Tubs is top notch! My husband and I were shopping for a tub and tub filler and Ulla, our sales lady, was so knowledgeable and helpful in getting us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She went above and beyond to meet with us and make sure we had options we were happy with at a good price. Wonderful products and great service!

We went into Jetta to get some ideas on a shower remodel we’re planning. All the sales people were busy with other customers, but the receptionist at the front desk was all the help we needed. She looked up products for us, gave us list prices, and gave her honest opinion when we asked for it. We will be back to start our remodel soon!

The sales and support team at Jetta are excellent and very knowledgeable! Jetta has a clean and beautiful showroom. Lots of choices and great professional help available. Dino and I put together a package for my whole house remodel and I love how it all turned out!!! His ready suggestions and assistance to solutions for my budget and some of my product challenges turned out perfect. They have some parts available in stock for a quick need. Dino made ordering additional parts and purchasing very easy and quick. It is obvious that the Jetta sales team is concerned that each customer has a good experience with their products and product support! Would highly recommend purchasing from them!!

The sales and support from Jetta have been great! We bought a floor fill 6 years ago and the ordering and purchase were easy and quick. I just had a warranty issue on it 6 years later and the customer support in getting me quickly in contact with the manufacturer was friendly and very efficient. I can tell that Jetta is concerned that each customer have a good experience with their products and product support!

I've purchased 2 custom bath tubs from Jetta and let me tell you, the customer service is top notch. I first purchased an $1,100 bath tub from this place back in Nov of 2017 but the tub was damaged due to my negligence. When I called them today to reorder the same tub again, I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jeff. I advised him what had happened with the first tub and that I needed to purchase the same bath tub again. Without me even asking, he had sympathy for me and offered me a very nice discount. It is very rare that a company offers a sympathy/empathy discount but he went above and beyond and had mercy on my situation with the first bath tub. As the CEO of a large company, this is the type of role model I will start expecting from my employees. I will be writing other positive reviews on BBB, Yelp, and Facebook. You deserve a raise as I will now be referring others your way. Great job Jeff at Jetta!
