During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.
Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.
We relocated to the Scottsdale area about a year ago, and the home we purchased needed renovating. In the process of our search for designers and contractors, we came across Premier Kitchen and Bath. Rachel Herrera, one of the designers, was our first contact, and she impressed us right off with her ideas, her breadth of knowledge, and her straightforward answers to our questions. Since then, every company employee we have met has renewed our confidence in the integrity and capability of this group. We are nearing completion of the remodel of our kitchen and five bathrooms, and are really thrilled with the results. Rachel has been so helpful, going above and beyond many times to ensure our satisfaction with her designs and product selections. We had numerous meetings with her and the design team along the way, as well as several trips to various vendors in order to choose exactly what we wanted in finishes, fixtures, hardware, etc. We knew we had a wonderful design and had made great choices with Rachel's help, but it all exceeded our expectations in the execution. Our sincere thanks to Rachel and the whole Premier Kitchen team.

We had two bathrooms remodeled. Premier did a very good job at every step of the project. Materials and work quality were very good. A couple of small problems popped up during the project, but were dealt with through good communication and responsiveness. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I came to Premier Kitchen and Bath through designer, Chris Ebert. After seeing the phenomenal job, he did on my son and daughter-in-law’s home, I knew that he was the only one to have guide me through a remodel. I say guide because he listens to you and helps you design a remarkable remodel that is uniquely yours.
When it became time to implement the design, Kent Redmond expertly stepped in to oversee all the work. During the process, he kept in constant communication sending a talented team of experts and closely overseeing their work. While all of the workers were good at their job and were pleasant to have in my home, a few really stood out. Casey, Troy, and Jeff seemed exceptionally talented.
With the project complete, I enjoy using and delight in just looking at my new bathroom and dry bar. I give Premier Kitchen and Bath my highest recommendation. For your peace of mind, choose Premier Kitchen and Bath for your next remodel.

Just completed our second project with Premiere Kitchen & Bath. Exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. We also felt we had very personal relationship with both Bruce and Kent, which made the process much easier.

Working with Premier was the best experience I have ever had with a remodel. They built out a new bathroom, wine room and kitchen. The end result was unbelievable. They were on top of communication, permits, updates, quality of work, etc.

We are so happy with our new laundry room! From initial consultation through final details, our experience with the Premier team was fantastic! Stephanie listened to our needs and incorporated our feedback into the design. Kent communicated clearly and frequently throughout the installation. The crew was efficient, on time and very respectful of our home. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Premier did a great job on our recent Mst Bath remodel. Can't say enough about how great of a job they did from prep work to cleanliness through completion. The tile work was exceptional. So happy we used them and will use them in the future.

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

Recently completed a major kitchen and master bath remodel. We are very happy with the results of both projects. We had to make a design change during the process, and Premier was very responsive and turnaround on the new design did not delay the project at all. The entire team was very professional and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. A great team and we would be happy to work with them again.

Premier Kitchen and Bath completed multiple projects in our home including installing cabinetry in the kitchen, library shelves and desk unit in the home office, and designing and installing a one-of-kind vinyl record storage cabinet in the media room. Their craftsmanship was more than impressive and every guest in our home has raved about the beauty and workmanship of the projects. We highly recommend them for any home improvement projects.

Recently we had a kitchen remodel done through the Premier Kitchen and Bath Mesa location. The kitchen is gorgeous!! As with any project there were a few issues during construction but I must say that they were immediately addressed and resolved to our COMPLETE satisfaction. The results were AMAZING! There has not been a single day since completion that my wife does not comment on how happy she is.
The quality of the products used and the precise craftsmanship in installation is immediately evident.
