Good location. Extensive Selection. Pleasant staff.
And the Showroom has a large variety of brands/styles to explore.
If you want to touch and feel to get ideas for your project than look no further. But where this showroom is lacking is customer service. After my selections were made with consultant Emmaline, {and I gave her all my contact info} there was no follow-up. Actually, I did receive one email 2 days after my original visit that said she was slammed. But nothing else since.
Left voicemail/emails. Guess they don't need my business.
Beware, shady, rude designers, overpriced. So many better design studios in the Scottsdale area!

Large showroom, a lot of choice, especially faucets, & nice displays. They have a CornuFe 110 (gas) on display.

Studio 41 has a beautiful showroom full of many options for renewing your kitchen or bath. We recently worked with designer Ulla Cornelies. Ulla helped us choose the most up to date powder room items from lighted mirrors, vanities, sinks and hardware. It all fell into place and turned out beautifully. Ulla was certainly a pleasure to work with.

Hope is the BEST! She was very help when selecting our kitchen fixtures and hardware. We also had some issues during construction and Hope was on it! I would highly recommend stopping in.

I knew my kitchen needed updating but had no idea of the best way to do this, or indeed what I wanted.
That was completely solved when I visited.
I spoke to Ulla who had great solutions. Solutions I hadn’t even considered.
She was smart, professional, friendly and very customer focussed with great ideas for my way forward.
She is a credit to the company.
I left full of ideas and enthusiastic as to my next move.

Lisa Rovinsky was awesome. She went above and beyond when we were scrambling to get fixtures quickly. She found us great deals and was so great to work with. There was no pressure to buy from them and she was super understanding when I changed my mind multiple times. I can’t recommend her enough.

This place is huge and it has a variety of brands and styles. I went there twice, but it seems like they don't want to sell anything. The sales rep. was nice, but he failed to answer my questions or even show me other options on the floor. He kept referring to a book with drawings, not even actual pictures of the furniture which made it hard to imagine what it would look like. Said he was going to send me more information about a product to my email, but never received such email. I was very disappointed! Wayfair has clearer descriptions on their photos.

I recently remodeled my guest and master bathrooms. I went to Studio 41 in Scottsdale and was very impressed with the beautiful, large showroom featuring fixtures for the kitchen and bath, including sinks, toilets, tubs, faucets and hardware. I worked with an excellent designer named Hope. Hope guided me through the process of selecting a vanity, Toto Toilets, faucets, drains, shower valves, shower arms, lighted mirrors, sinks, towel bars, toilet paper holders and hooks. She put together a detailed proposal with all of the specifications for each item I purchased. She suggested things I never knew I needed. Hope is so knowledgeable of the industry and was available every time I had a question. I would strongly recommend checking out Studio 41’s amazing showroom and make sure you ask for Hope!

We contacted the Scottsdale showroom for an initial consulting appointment and met with designer Scott Schweda. What a stroke of luck that was! Scott worked with us extensively to design our new kitchen (remodel) which was quite challenging! We had more appointments than I can count, revisions and revisions of the revisions! Scott was patient and efficient, creative and thorough. We ended up with a beautiful new kitchen, remodeled laundry room and office- all with custom Omega cabinetry. Scott referred us to an outstanding general contractor who installed our cabinets and managed the remodel. He referred us to a countertop fabricator, supply sources and local trades people. What an amazing resource he was. We absolutely couldn’t have done this project without him! Studio 41 sourced everything we needed to complete our project and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Scott and Studio 41 Scottsdale!

We were in need of a bathtub a year ago and a kitchen sink now. We shopped at many places, and this is the one place that made us feel like they value their customers. If you need something different than what is at Home Depot or Lowe's, come here. Their designers will give you 1:1 help and their prices compare to like items even online. Positive experiences.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I had a large cabinet project that I signed up with them on, covering all of the house. The designer totally messed up the measurements in so many places. To make any changes to fix this issue, they wanted more money, even though it was their fault. Try to escalate this to their management, even at a corporate level, there was nothing other than defensiveness, trying to blame my contractor or their own recommended installer. Calls and emails went unaswered, and there was ZERO effort in trying to address a customer issue. AVOID them at ALL COST.

Huge selection of quality fixtures. Helpful, friendly sales staff. More than just a showroom for ordering from display samples, some items are in stock! We needed a bathroom sink faucet and they had enough in-stock selection that we found one we loved and walked out the store with it.
