I have had a couple of contractors work on the cracks in my stucco and the cracks came back. Luis, Randy and Trevor did a great job from start to finish. If you want quality work at a fair price, these are the guys you should call. A special thank you to Luis for a job well done.

Randy showed up ready to work man! Boy did I have some stuff to show him and questions. Many other companies might have taken advantage of that and "created work" not needed. Randy was super helpful, looked at EVERYTHING I showed him, spent more than enough time talking me through things he was seeing and quickly determined that I did not need his services. He not only put my new homeowner mind to ease (besides the minor work I need to do now...lol) but he also recommended others I can go to for some help. Believe me, if I need work done in the future or hear anyone who does, Randy will be the first person I think of. Appreciate you and your help. Have a good Halloween!

Let me start by saying the quality of actual drywall work was excellent and aside from the customer service from a particular employee I didn’t have any issues. The reason I give 2 stars is entirely because of the interaction I had with this employee. I needed some work done to a ceiling in a laundry room. I set up an appointment a week in advance because I needed to coordinate an electrician to be there at the same time as the drywall specialist. I was quoted a day rate of $385 “worst case scenario”. Based on a photograph, call from the electrician and the tenant I know the drywall specialist was finished by at the very latest 1pm. I had asked via text how much I owed for the drywall service. I was told $305. This was a little more than I anticipated because the work done was a 5 hour time period. So I asked if the $305 was correct for the 5 hour time period the tech was at the house. I was then told via text the technician was working at the house for “almost 7 hours”. I had an issue with this 2 hour difference and I wanted to talk to someone about it not text. I tried calling the employee I had been exchanging all the information with but no answer. The next day I called the office because they were the only ones I had actually talked to and expressed my concern. Shortly there after the employee I had been dealing with called me to discuss the issue. This is where things went completely unprofessional. Right away the employee went on the defensive and stated he didn’t understand why I had an issue. He stated that me calling the office was a waste of time because it was a family ran business and he was the boss. I expressed my concern about the hours worked and said it felt like he was overcharging based on incorrect hours worked. This employee then got very disgruntled and stated I haven’t paid anything yet and asked what I think I should pay. I stated $275 sounds about right. He abruptly responded “how about you pay whatever you want and never call me (Associated Finishes) again. The employee then initiated more dialogue that was unrelated to my concern. He brought up the value of electricians vs drywall specialists. He asked if I have ever worked construction implying I didn’t understand how much certain specialists should be paid. I ended the conversation by asking if the invoice had been emailed already? He stated yes. I said “alright well I’ll take care of it and per your request never call again”. The invoice had not been sent so I called the office and paid the full $305 over the phone. This entire interaction might have been avoided if the employee I dealt with had addressed my concern in a courteous professional manner. My customer service experience was poor and one employee represented a company that does not value customer concerns nor input. Be weary of this potential problem.

The guys from Associated Finishes were incredibly friendly and efficient at work. We hired them for fixing our ceilings and painting them, it was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended!

On time, on budget, top-notch craftsmanship, professional attitude. What more can you ask for? Needed a patio pillar redone after grill fire badly damaged it. Was concerned that the repair wouldn't match the other two pillars but my worries were unnecessary. It looks perfect!
