I went there to have my fire extinguisher refilled and no one was there. This was at 11:30 in the morning and all that was there was a bunch of new cars.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Aidant Fire & Security. I had a problem with my security system, and they came out to fix it promptly and professionally. Jasen was a great help. Quickly found a problem and fixed it. Other companies just tried to sell me a new security system. Highly recommend this company.

They could have been something great but they fatally kept this a family business. They don’t care about the customer they only care about their profits. If you are reading this and you are a consumer then call metro fire. Years ago I worked for both companies and you’ll be happier with Metro. They both want your money but at least metro will treat you right. To Blake Brommer: I hope you got out of Aidant because you are a good person and you can do better, if not I hope you’re running the business and running it ethically. I gave 3 stars because there are good people still intermittently working there.
