Very expensive but good service and good quality parts. Technicians Matthew and Derek did a great job of troubleshooting and finding the root problem. A motor controller was acting up and they were able to zero in on the cause of my issue and solve my problem. They were very knowledgeable, polite and efficient.

I called AC by J for a plumbing issue with a bathroom sink. The lovely woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly and scheduled me for the next day. The technicians (Angel and another person) were polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue! Highly recommend them!

A friend recommended this company to me and they will be my go to from now on. The lady I spoke with to schedule appointment, was very thorough and kind. I was having an emergency plumbing situation and they were able to get to my house within a few hours. Pedro was the technician, he was knowledgeable and had everything in his van to fix the issue. I feel they are well priced. I’m very happy. Thank you!

My technician, Derek, arrived at the proper time and was extremely efficient with finding the issue with my air conditioning and making the repair. He was also very helpful with some questions that I had after the repair was completed. He’s a great professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to call ACbyJ again.

I’m updating my review after today’s experience. Today my ac was not cooling after a tune up last weekend; I called and AC by J had the same technician out in an hour. He spent a good amount of time cleaning our condensation lines and even took a video and pictures. After spending almost an hour and a half making sure we had our ac up and running properly, he didn’t even charge us. Aside from all of that he was super kind and has excellent customer service. I’ll be recommending AC by J to everyone I know; and using them for all future AC needs. The technicians name was Wes.

Our installation crew consisted of Ian, Nathan, Alfonso, and Charlie. They arrived on time, and worked conscientiously to install both indoor and outdoor units of our AC. They did a great job, were careful indoors to keep it clean, communicated well with us during the installation. So, we can highly recommend their work and this company. Juan, the supervisor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and he did not attempt to pressure us to buy the new units. We are very satisfied with their job and are enjoying our new cool A/C!

This was my first experience with AC By J and it won't be the last. Starting with making my appointment with the office staff who are incredibly well spoken and friendly to the technician, JD, who came out to our home to do a seasonal tune up on our AC unit. Top notch all the way. JD was knowledgeable, you knew from talking to him he knows his stuff. The guy has a fantastic personality. I ended up purchasing a pkg where they not only will be doing my AC and heating tune ups they will also be flushing out our hot water heater and all electrical and plumbing will be checked also. Great family owned company,
