Air Conditioning of Arizona is a fantastic company! They got out to our home quickly and managed to diagnose and explain our issue with ease. They helped us make the best decision to move forward and when we opted to replace our unit they got us on the install schedule in just a couple of days. The install crew (Phil and Greg) did an excellent job explaining the work to be done and helping to keep the house comfortable by they worked.
Top Notch service, Aiden the technician was extremely professional, courteous and just a real nice guy. He climbed into my attic (with the outside temp being 105 today) just to make sure there were no leaks in the ducts. He provided pictures and explained everything perfectly. I will definitely be using you guys again for any future issues!! Well done, 5 stars from me!!

ACA is always great! They promptly get to our home when our AC needs service. Weston was our field expert and diagnosed/ fixed our problem on the spot so we could get back to enjoying a cool home. He was super sweet, especially considering how hot it was both outside and inside our home. Thank you Weston!

I cannot recommend a stand up company more. About a week or 2 ago, I had Aiden come out to see about a repair. He was honest and said the cost of the repair on my unit(original to the house in 1998) would possibly not be worth it vs the cost of a new install. He was personable and honest and I appreciate his expertise with having my best interest in mind. Immediately the same day Brent came in we talked about options and he gave me a quote, was also very personable and was able to work with me on prices and what I needed for my Condo/budget. THEY ARE THE BEST PRICE BY FAR. Fast forward to today (6/20/24) Phil and Corey came to do the install. They were in at 6am and out by 2pm. I cannot thank or recommend them enough. They did a fantastic job were personable and I never felt like I was getting up-charged, sold, or swayed to one product or another. Thank you again! You have my business for life!

Chris was great. Prompt, thorough, honest, and helped with a thermostat issue I thought I would have had to call an electrician for. After the service and diagnostic, he was honest and didn’t try to upsell me anything and I never felt pressured to buy something unnecessary. I really appreciate his hard work and would recommend him to anyone needing A/C work.

Weston and Eric were great. Had them gone out for a routine inspection on a fairly new unit and they helped me understand all the ins and outs of the system. As a first time homeowner, they’re willingness to teach and explain gave me a lot more confidence in the system I have.

UPDATED: ACA has never let us down, and today was no different. Our air went out last night and I left a message. It’s 11:48 a.m. and it’s up and running for less than $300. On a 2007 unit! JA was a fabulous tech. On time, ridiculously polite, knowledgeable and fast. Left me with all kinds of information and tips. As long as I live in AZ I’ll need cold air and as long as I need cold air I’ll call ACA. UPDATE: Just had the 2007 unit replaced. Phil, Corey and Brian did a fabulous job. They had to retrofit my prehistoric system and fix all the crazy ductwork. Even installed a new register in a room that’s never hot or cold enough. They were super nice, efficient, CLEAN and my dogs loved them. Troy, never, ever sell this business please.

We've been needing to get our 13 year old A/C unit replaced for the better part of a year but have been holding out due to the price and size of a job it is. We decided before summer hit this year, lets get it done. We called a total of three different highly rated A/C companies, ACA being one. Brent came out, did a good thorough inspection of our unit and the house and discussed what he found and what he recommended for us. He gave us 3 different quotes on 3 different levels of units. Surprisingly, the top tier Trane unit he recommended was still a lower price than the lowest level ones from their competitors. They also worked in a few discounts for me. What I really liked was that during the inspection Brent noticed that the return duct we had was a little smaller than what was required for a 5 ton unit. While the competitors pointed this out as well, Brent was the only one that recommended we just add an additional smaller duct to increase the CFM at a fraction of the price instead of replacing the entire duct and filter housing assembly. Additionally, ACA mentioned a few other "upgrades" we could do but they were not pushy at all when I decided to not go with them.
When it came to install day, the crew showed up right at 7 AM as scheduled. Phil and Corey were my installers and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were very easy to talk to. What I really appreciated was that Brent, who is the expert that gave us our quote, actually came by for the majority of the morning to help the installers and give me updates throughout the install. Although he did not need to be there, he said he didn't have any appointments that morning and wanted to make sure he was here to ensure the install was smooth for myself and his guys. All in all the crew was here for about 9 hours and it all went very smooth. The used drop clothes so my carpet stayed clean and they did a great job vacuuming up any mess and the trim they removed to install through the attic looks like it was never removed.
Pulling the trigger on a new A/C unit can be very intimidating but the crew at ACA made the process as painless as possible. If you are looking for a company to take good care of you and not charge you an arm and a leg, I couldn't recommend ACA enough. Can't wait to break in this new Trane unit this summer!

Troy and Brent did a fantastic job at diagnosing inefficiencies in my home and recommending a solution. Phil, Corey and Jorge executed the install quickly and clean. The price for a new Trane 5-Ton unit was competitive. I can’t wait to break it in this summer.
