We worked with two absolutely amazing and professional service representatives, Jacob and Claude. Their knowledge, dedication, and thoroughness was above and beyond. We reached out to them for guidance through an inspection process, as they were full representatives of Trane AC systems and covered the Scottsdale/Fountain Hills territory. This was our first experience with this company and we were completely impressed with their knowledge, guidance , and professionalism. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future for all of our AC needs.

They were very professional and we could tell that they really cared about helping us and making sure that the result was positive for us. We asked them to come back to our house when the air flow to different rooms didn’t feel right and they seemed genuinely happy to come back and help us to make sure our house was comfortable in every room. We had Larson Air check on our unit that was for some reason kicking off after just starting up. I called thinking that I might have to wait a week or two for an appointment. I was happily surprised when they said they could come out the next day!! The same tech guy Jose came out since he was the one that had previously serviced our unit. He diagnosed the issue, ran to Home Depot for us to get some small parts and had our ac fully functioning in no time. Seriously, you need to look no further for an AC company that holds itself to high standards. You will not be disappointed!!

Larson AC is a super well run company. From the office staff to the technicians in the field and the manager everyone was very proficient and professional. The technicians (Doug & Hunter) that were dispatched to install our mini split system were excellent. They did a super job installing and cleaning up. They also helped set up the wireless remote thermostat and helped set up the app on our phone. Doug and hunter were very professional, personable and proficient. We highly recommend Larson AC!!

We have had Larson Air on a number of occasions. Octavio has come three times and he is thorough and a great communicator. Love how I am kept informed about arrival time and provided a picture of the Tech before arrival. Truly the best AC service company I have ever dealt with. Larson just finished a large new AC installation job (4 new units) for my client. Our techs were Doug & Hunter who were the nicest young men. They worked incredibly hard and kept me informed every step of the way during this 4 day job. I just can’t say enough good things about each person I have dealt with from Larson. The Estimator, Ish, could not have been nicer and was at the property day #1 to provide orientation to Doug & Hunter and do a complete walk thru before job started. Calls answered promptly and they provided the highest level of service. It is rare to find a company who will provide this level of professionalism and go the extra mile. So glad we found Larson.
